Hi i have only had mine for 2months it switched off, screen went black and never came back on?? i am in nz now when i charge it the keys light up but nothing on screen, and still wont turn on i have checked battery tried to reset nothing!!

@XxMizzGlamorousxX well I'm sorry for your experience with this phone, my screen never did something like that, perhaps you should have tried to change it for one that's not broken :S and of course the internet will run slow, it has GPRS or WAP connectors (something that I did mention on my vids)

however with all the new phones out there in the marke, perhaps you won't find this model in your stores anymore, or you can find newer versions like the OT-880

@jack3763 no, it's a really solid phone, I've droped it tons of times already in the workshop and it never suffer any damage at all, sometimes it fell really hard and the back cover poped out, it didn't even break, just a couple of scratches :)

@zelgora well I don't really know what you mean by that.... when you turn on your phone the screen is always white?? if that's the case then I suggest you try contacting the people you bought it from and tell them what happened ( if it's a brand new one ) could you give us more details about the isue? like, if this happens all the time or when you're trying to perform an action in particular,?? need more info please :)

Bought this piece of crap and it only gives me problems, every time I SLIDE open the qwerty keyboard it shuts down. Send it once for repair and began doing the same thing again.

MP3 fast forward and rewind the slowest I've seen on any phone I've owned.

how do i connect it to my PC? i plug the USB lead in and on the phone it says charger pluged in and on the computer nothing happens. please help

@TheStig4321 whenever you plug the usb cale from your phone into your pc the phone screen should give you 3 options, charger -> USB device -> COM port all you need to do is select the USB device and it will be synched with the memory card of your phone

@ShaleenHadouken you need to connect the device to your PC as a USB device, then you have to go to the music folder, in that folder you can copy->paste your songs (always must be MP3 files. else yout might have some issues playing files that aren't MP3) from your PC and once you've disconected the device you will have it ready to listen :)

@BigBud953 ok, when you have music loaded to your phone , you need to go to the file manager, ->music and in the list of mp3 files you move and highlight the one you want to set as ringtone and you choose Options ->define as -> you'll see a lot of choices, ring, message, turn on, turn off hope this helps!

@makosux316 no, it doesn't have wi-fi what it has is conectivity SM 900 / 1800 ó GSM 850 / 1900 if you install Opera mini browser you'll be able to browse even through facebook a lot faster, but if you're online a very long time it will drain your battery a lot for some reason I can't start to figure out yet.

I can only speak for Argentina where I can tell you that you don't pay nothing to use both facebook or twitter since they already come with the phone, and if you navigate via GSM you don't spend money, just Megabites of navigation, however if you install opera mini and you navigate with that instead of the regular navigator that comes with the phone, for some reason it'll eat money, not megabites

@sippaCup yes the qwerty keyboard DOES light up!! it's a very small light but it helps you enough to type whatever you want.. besides with the shine of the LED screen you can see the keyboard as well in the darkness :D

@punkee75 well I have to say that for 75 U$s it's not a very bad phone at all, the main features such as facebook-twitter-email-java they work just great! and the phone itself it's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, also the qwerty keyboard on this one is actually better than the Motorola Milestone believe it or not! of course for more money you can get waaay better phones in the market
