@jimrod15 Updating the ROM will not change the SIM lock. If the device is unlocked, flashing a new rom will not effect its network abilities.

This works for me, BUT, in two tries, Tn the first try, my phone break down the system an looks death. then when every thing looks like no future, i just replay all the steps an then came back to live.

@sulabchick122 You will need to place your phone into recovery mode, and connect the USB cable. Then flash as usual (it's very hard to completely brick an Incite). Hold down Volume up and lock (iirc), then insert your USB cable. A light should come on.

I ran it on Windows 7, and it worked some of the time, and others it BSOD'd my computer.

I would try that, though, and if it does BSOD, just put it in bootloader mode and try again.

This rom is for the Incite ONLY. If you flash it on another device, (and it somehow works), it will most likely brick it.

I'm not sure, it works on Windows 7 (my operating system).

Try it, and if it BSOD's on Vista, just try it again. Do the same volume down/lock thing, and a light should come on, but the screen will be blank. Continue as normal and it should un-brick your device.

UPDATE: found out you had to press the down volume button and lock button for 2 seconds (THEN YOU WOULD INSERT THE USB CABLE).MY MISTAKE WAS, HAVING THE USB CABLE INSERTED AND HOLDING DOWN BOTH THE KEYS. !!! WORKS PERFECT!!! THANKS MAN!!

It does work, yes. The rom was cooked by Spocky's Kitchen iirc. Where they got the rom, and if it's legal, I don't know.
