Jamaica is watching and looking on their is no justice for Mr Derron Nicholson. He was killed instantly after a Toyota Prado Land Cruiser driven by Clarke collided with the motorbike he was riding

FORMER government Minister Roger Clarke, will face no charges for his role in a collision which claimed the life of a motorcyclist last year. During a preliminary hearing in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court today, Magistrate Annmarie Nembhard ruled there was no evidence to proceed with a trial as the crown could not build a prima facie case.

St. Catherine resident Derron Nicholson died on August 23 when a Toyota Prado Land Cruiser Mr. Clarke was driving collided with his motorbike along the Nightingale Grove Road in St. Catherine.

Mr. Clarke was heading towards Spanish Town, when he reportedly swerved his vehicle to the right hand section of the road and hit the motor bike.

Mr. Nicholson was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead
