  • Where do I put the bar exactly? More on the shoulders or what? That has always confused me...thanks!

  • @papasitoman i'm not fatlosspro but i can advise you on that. You put the bar on your traps, the one that is in between your neck and shoulders. basically it's on the rear delts when you don't have traps.

    i have a really hard time doing squats 'cus im a sprinter and i have "runners knee

    " rite now :( i'm scared to bend down too low. will this hurt or help me?
