  • Dude, MANY thanks for this tutorial!!

  • @alantonello You're welcome!

  • finally I got an answer to my question. after 6 years with CS3 I finally got the right answer. THANKS A BUNCH.

  • @picturefish40 Great! I'm glad you found this helpful. Thanks for watching!

  • cool, tho the correct phrase is Color Correction and Color Grading :)

  • @jbooba Thanks. I was pointing out the difference between Color Correction and Color Grading by using different words since Color Correction and Color Grading are all too often used interchangeably. Too many people think Color Grading is Color Correction. It isn't.

  • @michaeldevowe hey, yep thats what i ment - Color Correction is to bring your flat footage look like real, Color Grading is to mess up your Colors to look like Transformers :D. awesome tutorial, since im color correcting all my dslr footage in Photoshop, helped me alot!

  • @jbooba Glad to hear it!

  • Great job

  • @premiumusb Thanks!

  • I'm an experienced color grader, but I've actually never seen this method before. I loved it! Thanks so much! Have you tried out Color Finesse (AE stock plugin)? I find my best results to come from it, but of course that's more on the lines of grading for mood, after the balancing step is completed.

  • @pagelynch Hey, thanks for the comment Page! No, I have not tried Color Finesse. I'm working on getting more into color grading.

  • Great tutorial man. Is there a way to do all that using only premier? Why do u take it to photoshop n after efx?

  • @ajsilmusic You can do this with Premiere, but not accurately. In Premiere, you can only 'guess'. Using Photoshop, we can utilize the color sampler tool and get accurate numbers to color correct the footage. After Effects provides the importing method to bring the Photoshop Curves in onto your video. Thanks for the comment!

  • Great video.. Keep it up..

  • @slitzmagazine Thanks!

  • this tutorial is important but you just spoiled it with your boring talks. first learn how to make a nice video tutorial buddy. I feel like i've wasted my time here.

  • @mygreenhut Thanks for the comment. I'm sorry I've wasted your time. Please realize I'm somewhat new to making tutorials. I'll be uploading another tutorial this week. Hopefully that one won't be a waste of your time.
