just gotta open the program then go to file->open rom. Are they zipped files? try unzipping them. Check the format also, they should either be in .smd, .gen, or .bin. Usually .smd is the extension of choice when in doubt.
i didn't think streets of rage 2 was slow at all.aldo the first one is my fave.saying that ,it's my fave side scrolling beat em up of all time.but 2 is very close.what an amazing game.like all streets of rage games,or should i say ,like all genesis games, it has an amazing sound strack.
nope, Kega Fusion (genesis), there was an arcade release on the Sega Megaplay, but it was just the Genesis game in an arcade cabinet, much like the Nintendo Playchoice 10 was to the NES. Funny story though, its better than the arcade beat em ups of the time.

Hey, can you explain to me how to use Kega Fusion? I have some genesis roms but somehow just couldn't use Kega Fusion to open them.
