戦闘機のパイロットって寿命短そうだね・・・こんな加圧が体にいい訳無いものね。
F-15も世界屈指の高性能機ですが、より機動性の高いF-22やSu-30MMKなんかの機体だともっとパイロットはきついはずです。まあ、耐Gスーツなんてのも装備されてたとは思いますけど。

Yeah, 15 is 95% same but F-2 looks similier to an F-16 externaly and internaly but it is different.
