nice video man, awesome spec I have been playing rift for a month now and I have same spec, except I'm mostly Lock with chloro for instant heal and bit of nec for pet / link . Works insainly well for lvling I get jumped 3-4 even 5 guys my lvl can kill them :)

I play the same spec lvl 50 on crucia. It looked like you were having more issues than I do. I spent a good bit of time arranging the cast sequence I can easily take on up to 6 with no potions. If you want to talk shop let me know. Good video.

Not bad but looks like a boring way to play. Warlock and necro are about melting face. Not slowly killing 3 mobs at a time. I'm Necro, Warlock, Dom with most my points in Necro some in warlock and none in dom. I can take 6 mobs my level. First thing you do is Tab life leech every mob you are fighting then throw down rot and tab and dot. Before you know it half of them are dead. and you have over half health.

For anyone seeing this, essentially how the lock/chloro/necro spec functions is you spec into Chloro to get Phytogenesis to make Radiant Spores into an AoE and then with the bonus healing from multi-dotting you can just aoe everything down. The clincher is Defile which requires 16 points in Warlock and is very handy for aoeing down mobs. When you get up Radiate Death in the Lock tree the aoe damage/healing is INSANE. 16/14/9 Lock-Chloro-Necro at lvl 30 is they way to go.

I have the Razer Naga Mouse that has 15 keys, the G15 keyboard which has 18 programmable keys, but I also do some clicking which saves me when I forget which key an ability is on. There's nothing wrong with occasional clicking, but if I do it exclusively it would be hard to keep activity up. Clicking is alot of work because you have to be fast to do it well. I don't use the keys on my keyboard much but I depend heavily on my mouse keys.

For some weird reason whenever I bring up an inspect or view my character the whole environment goes black, but when i reset the adv. video settings it goes back to normal again. Can someone help me and tell me how to fix it?

use the warlock spell life siphen first then use ur other dots that heal as u group them up it keeps your hp higher till their around u dot them as u run from 1 to another they die by the time ur on the 3rd one

@staticbb To try and explain. Clickers are looked down upon in the world of warcraft and try to branch this fail belief into other games. It is true that pressing keys is a lot faster then clicking your mouse. Here is where these wannabe elitist fail though. Clicking is ok as long as you can manage all your offensive and defensive spells with little downtime between clicks. Basically being fast. Some clickers adopted macros, others adopted keybindings, and the REAL elitist do a

@scotv453 do a combination of all 3. Going back to wow. Many classes are easy to get away with as clicking...especially for pve content. It became difficult to handle classes like druids with their many forms. There is just too much stuff going on that makes clicking impossible to be good. Because as a competitive druid in wow, you have to use all your forms -1 (like a feral can't go boomkin or whatever).

@AbnormalFrank and Darkoni12389, Flozenxberri... What the OP doesn't really say is that Chloro is a healer build. He converts damage to heals using a self buff, and radiant spores. In a party he would heal himself and his party using radiant spore. Necro is more of a DPS build and doesn't heal your party.

I don't get the click thing either. He is still kicking but so it really makes no difference. Obviously those who do not click think they are better and clearly this is not the case which has and is proven time and time again. Click on clickers imo and prove that you are just as good as these 2 button mocro'ers lol

it would be better to go into necro more heavily than chloro. Necro has more dps, and still retains heals. Also, the pet health > mana spell is a lot better than the hp > mana spell, pets don't grab aggro anyways, but still do enough damage to heal themselves via radiant spores. Also, pet health regens instantly when you're out of combat.

Though this build is interesting its largely outperformed by simply speccing heavy into necro with some lock. Soul purge is basically just an easier way to achieve what you have done. By the time you pop all of youre dots on enemies and lay down grave rot you will have enough charge (assuming u got the extra charge talent from lock) to use soul purge. U also get a tank pet. with soul purge up i can keep me and my pet alive with 3 mobs on each of us and let my dots pet and grave rot kill them

And by hectic I am referring to the need to actively heal and use pots as you try to outheal the damage.

I'm full necro and just a few points into warlock, no points into chloro and i pull packs of around 5 dot them all up and then do soul purge. It does ace healing and its you're best dps move...invincible.

Like some other folks have said necro can easily outperform this build. with soul purge your health shouldn't be an issue and you will kill stuff way faster not having to even worry about heals. But hey do whatever you want, it would appear that someone told you that it was a bad idea so you had to go prove them wrong, well congrats you can kill stuff with chrolo, but it seems to be a weak mage build IMO.

nice buid works well but Necro / Warock / dom is better imo since Soul Purge and damage is pretty nice because of pet if you keep a good stack of deathy calling and necrosis on it.. (Soul purge heals you and ur pet for ike 700 and does a 100 damage per sec so ^^

I am level 25 and my build works better than yours with: Ele 6/ Chloro 21 / Archon 6. Not knocking your method so much... but it looks like you spend alot of time dangerously close to 25% health.

Ele Pet tank handles a mob and the other 2 or 3 mobs are on me. I stay roughly 80-90% hp at all times. and I can solo Elites of my level.

im using locky - chloro myself however im going 51 into warlock and 15 into chloro, im at 40 atm and the healing is great, atm im getting heals from bloom / life leech / warlock armor / any dmg abilities that proc radiant spores / stream of rec+ruin+withering vine via lifegiving veil and draining bolt :P for pvp i drop some points in locky for a few more points in chloro to pick up call of spring.

and ofc because all of this effects group mates via lifegiving veil ull get some love in groups:P

this is officially the worst build ever - i was grinding 4-5 mobs in that same area without dropping to 1% health all the time and without having to waste global cooldowns on heals. soul purge is your friend

in short - its not overpowered, and you're delusional and/or bad.
