she needs to feel the music more and perform this piece more fluently (i know its just practice on this vid) but it seems as if even if this piece was perfect she doesnt make feel others feel like shes enjoying it and that she is just playing it and not expressing the piece. thats what she needs to work on.

i know people are saying its not nice to listen to, but her tuning and double stops are very good so i think it's the instrument itself. Amazing for her age!! im 16 and doing grade 7 on wednesday :s

A better violin can fix tone, but not dodgy intonation! There are some good parts to hang it off, but 1:26 is soooo hesitant. You can see she has practiced her favourite parts to a very good standard and then the bits she doesn't like as much have been skimmed. Assuming she got some more practice before the big day!
