You need to complete the game in different ways.

In order to unlock Richter+Maria AND the Sisters modes, you must

Cast Sanctuary on the Vampire Sisters

Unlock the Vampire Killer's true power by defeating the Whip's Memory

Complete the 4 alternate portraits in the back room

Defeat Brauner, Dracula+Death, and True Dracula

SaMOOOrai. you have to use the spell sanctuary on the 2 sisters its very hard but then u get the good ending and boss rush 2 & 3!!

Theres a good ending but how do i get it with the sisters cuz after i beat all of the 7 main potraits and go to the last one (the one with brauner) its all over. WTF do i do to get the good ending with the sisters

you cant get the good ending with the sisters because the entire game with sisters is a prologue to the actual game with jonathan and charlotte

i didn't like using the styls cuz im left handed and you use the styls with the right hand but im left handed so i had to use my right hand

the good ending is where you cast sanctuary on the monk right? i did that, but the option doesn't come up on the menu screen... :(

You select "New Game" and then it will give the option of Jonathan, Richter, Sisters.

That's how you choose which mode you want to play.

i have this game!! how do you get online? i mean, cant you like play from the ds into your comp of sumfin? this game rocks. im on the verge of finishin the normal game. i have like 871% and all i gotta do (basically) is beat dracula (twice, cuz of TRUE DRACULA, which reeally bites) and im done. once i get sistahs mode, i plan to fly around and blow ppl up. dialouge should be interesting ^_^

your not done yet. You need to complete a few of winds missions and get 888% to get the nest of evil portrait opened up. 13 floors, 2 save points and a few bosses- including a doppleganger.

Sisters mode is fun for a few minutes, but it was obviously an afterthought. I'm having more fun speedrunning the game with Johnathan and Charlotte since you can carry over the Speed Up spell in a New Game +. So far, my fastest time for the true ending is 50 minutes.
