@00FireSong00 Apparently a "good" rooster will do this to encourage his hens to be "good nesters"... it's even funnier watching him climbing into one of the small nest boxes - it's a VERY tight fit!
So that's why my chickens lately have been laying in the corner where my rooster did, er this. He is a good rooster but he's making my hens look bad because they don't lay in the nest box anymore!
I don't think my rooster could fit in the nest boxes, that would be hilarious to see him try though!
Haha, so my rooster's not the only one who does that in the nest boxes. xD

@00FireSong00 When he decides he needs to sit in a regular nest box to encourage his girls - it's stuffed like a feather pillow!
