Politics is a top down pyramid structure, it isolates people. The first half of the video complained about the problems caused by top down pyramid structure of politics then you proposed top down pyramid structures to solve the problem. That will not solve the problem.

You need to form decentralized person-to-person organically organizing groups that are free to change with conditions of that time and space. Build permaculture culture.

We are a Grange (501c10) in the US that almost disappeared by attrition. Now we are revitalizing around sustainable community concepts. Our internal democratic process means slow decision making but better community consideration. Thank you for the insight. Very easy to reiterate.

i agree. many governments are run by lawyers whose claim to fame was winning a popularity contest. they don't have the skills nor the ethics to lead communities into a sustainable future.
