Great little song. But it doesn't look like Eve Plumb to me, and if it is, well she looked great and more relaxed than on the bb. I liked the 1970's, so much promise. But somebody dampened it.
I always liked this show. Ronny Cox was really its emotional glue. I remember reading an article about how he got every cast member in the habit of running--not jogging--several miles a day.
I only vaguely remember this show.. I do remember a show called "Three for the Road" with Vincent Van Patten, but the show never did that well - no possiblility of getting either shows on DVD these days.... Too bad...
I'm the guy playing the pedal steel. I was 15 at the time and Geri was 14. And yes, I got a little tired of Ken's (guitar) Wa-wa pedal when we were suppose to be a country band!
The "old guy" in the crowd is Ronny Cox. He played the father of Kristy, Vince, and Patti. The crowd is basically students from Pasadena High School.
The Brady Hour started after the Brady Bunch ended. Eve Plumm didn't want to do it so they hired Geri to do it because of her looks, age and signing ability.
We played the song on the stage there at the studio and they taped it without the other people there so they could get a good recording of it. Then they brought everyone in and rolled video tape and played back the recording. So what you are seeing, is us playing along with the earlier recording...
@gatorbikerbob Never you mind the nay sayers Bob. They are probably just dumb ass kids who know nothing of what it was like growing up in 60s or 70s America and what they missed out on culturally. We had it all in terms of tv entertainment and you and geri were a part of it. Thanx 4 the great memories. May I ask what you guys are up to now? Just out of curiousity. Byu the way, I was one of the Kristy crush kids lol.She will always be my hottie along with Quinn Cummings.
Geri Reischi, am honored to be one of your friends , She make me laugh when am sad and when I don't want to smile she is always there. Thanks sweetie!

Was the musical performance live or pre-recorded? If it was live, how many times did you have do it?

I remember Apples Way.
Eve Plumb always played Jan Brady,
and this Geri was not in the movie either.

I like when Geri gets funky at the end with her dance moves.

Number 9 here. I remember they had a water wheel in their yard.

No. 8. I was 9 when this premiered. At the time, viewers thought the show was so goody-goody. The next season premiere featured a hurricane!

Who's the elderly perv, anyway? He's checking out the youngsters instead of watching where he's walking, then he's blowing in that little boy's ear.

I'm number six. I remember the father used to say "Now hold you're horses!' a lot.
I think I was about 7 or 8 when this was around. I feel old...

Okay, I remember Apple's Way. It was a dumb show. Kristy McNichol was adorable, though.

The girls in this show have terrible hair. It reminds me of the way young women are wearing their hair today.
Early seventies natural look.

Wah-wah guitar scratching and pedal steel at the end...the '70s were weird. So THIS is where country funk got its start?
