  • Work with a tuner. Some of your pitches are out of tune.

  • you need to turn your flute out. you're turning the flute in towards your lips too much, so the hole is being covered up by your lips, therefore muffling and flattening the sound. try playing while looking in the mirror. check: that you're standing straight, that your head is up and that your flute is turned out, away from your lips- that the hole isn't covered by your lips- the bigger the whole, the clearer and crisper the sound. to make the whole bigger, make sure it's not covered by your lips

  • You need MORE PRACTICE. Piano played too loud... But you playing was pretty OK (I know, I play flute)

  • ok hes good but his posture is terrible his rib cage needs to be up so he can fill up his lungs a lot more and maybe stop moving so much because that also affects his sound waves and even though it may not sound bad it would sound sooo much better maybe it would have better if he were sitting down.

  • That was so beautiful!!

  • CHINA!!!

  • This is perfect!!

  • In this case it is mic/proximity problem. Not the performer.

  • ja! pianits sucks! nice sound kid

  • Ick. The flutist is flat with poor embouchre and poor stance. To his credit, he looks young and somewhat inexperienced. This can be a beautiful piece when played correctly.

  • more like sharp..

  • @CamieKeilen But he is playing with vibrato, that is seldom taught to beginners. Usually they are taught embrochere and stance before they are taught vibrato. But that's just how my band director, Kathy Johnson, taught me. She wouldnt let anyone move forward without prefecting the previous level. I dont know... I guess that's just KJ for ya, but that could explain why the Argyle Bands (marching and concert) excel. :?

  • @CamieKeilen what are you talking about? his embouchure is perfect and his tone and sound is too.

  • Gaaaaa put the lid down!!

  • the flute's position is way down. He should put it higher.

  • i dont think he has a choice considering the hieight of the music stand. hard to have the proper position when looking all the way down there at the same time.

  • @ItsuOmo well after playing for a while it's really (SUPER) hard to keep it up

  • Please make the piano softer so the flute does not drown.

  • this is beautiful

  • good job!!! =)

  • Hi. I have a few questions. #1. Where did you get the piano sheet music for that. #2, is that music by Shubert? #3 Can The piano music for Ave Maria also work for a duet?

  • nice
