the jester race, whoracle and clayman are my favorite albums of In flames but they change after clayman, and now that Jesper left the band, will be worse

and the best album of all melodeth is Slaughter of the soul, but I think that is more death than melodic

in flames is the greatest and you cant change that. opinions dont matter when talking about in flames. Old in flames is WAY better than new, yes. but in flames is always great to listen to old or new. dark tranquility is 2nd best definately although they stayed a little more true to their style than in flames. either way all of these bands fucking rock.

Lunar Strain was their most Death Metally album, and they become less Death metally with each progressing Album.

@MrCatFetish I meant melodic death metal, they were never truly death metal anyway. Clayman was closer to metalcore than jester race, but its not like a sensse of purpose or their newer stuff. Clayman was still melodic death metal, like it or not.

Excretion Godgory Unanimated and Gates of Ishtar!!! FUCK YEAH!!! SOMEONE knows a few things about swedish death metal. Been jamming these bands daily among others for years. People talk about Melodic death metal but very rarely do i see people that actually like what i like, especially with excretion, VERY under appreciated band. Cool!

The Gallery is amazing; no question. From there it just goes downhill. In Flames starts going downhill after their 4th album :P

At The Gates-Slaughter of the soul is #1. Amon Amarth's Once Sent From The Golden Hall is #2. In Flames-Lunar Strain is #3. Ablaze my Sorrow The Plague is #4. Dark Tranquility's The Gallery is #5. This my opinion. But Your Video is Great, Thanks for the post!
