Why would you recommend that people get a Dodge, which is inferior in every spec that really matters, besides horsepower, which is really embarrassing because the F-150 with the 5.4 will out-tow the fucking Hemi.

Dodge and GM lovers one thing you all fail to realize is that GM and Dodge ALWAYS fallow Ford with their design and inovations. Look at the Super Duty then look at the new Dodge and Chevy/GMC HD. Huh, fallow the leader. Oh and another, Look and the retro Mustang, then BAM Chevy and Dodge hop on the band wagon!! Damn. And for all the horse power Dodge puts under the hood their gas milage goes down. If Dodge is such a great buy why are they private company now???!!!!???

Dodge has been doing most of the stuff they FORD is saying they have started this year. Dodge is the way better way to go. And they put a spoiler on the new ford 150, dodge has been doing that for about 3-4 years. I have had a Dodge for many years and i recommend that you buy a Dodge rather than a FORD because as we all know FORD means Found On Road Dead.

secondly, of course an dumb ass like you would think ford makes a big deal out of nothing. why would you care about access to the bed or trailer tow packages or off road capability or frame strength or tow hooks. did you forget what a truck is meant for??

and btw fords 4.4L diesel will be available for 2010 and deliver class leading fuel economy and 350 hp.

this is far from "new" at lease GM actually tried and dodge is getting there..Ford always takes baby steps

ford biased or not they are facts that show the areas where ford is the best in. facts that prove that ford has more experience and technology in building trucks. all toyota commercials demonstrates is their acceleration and braking. horsepower is not everything.

and motor trend goes to the most improved truck. ford will most likely win it next year.

haha, okay if the award goes to the most improved truck then i am pretty sure dodge has that one in the bag. crazyloc is right here, this ford isnt 'new' at all. the guy in the video is an idiot. those 'new' badges on the back are the same ones on the current f150s, and dodge has had a fold flat floor since 2002. there is nothing new mechanically or innovatively beside that ugly as step on the side the bed that was required bc fords have an obnoxiously high body line. this is an UGLY truck..

This truck will dominate the market... Dodge has never stood a chance and gmc has just always been around... but once this truck comes out and then in 2010 when they have the diesel engine to go with it.. Ford will be the only powerhouse.

Actually Ford has been doing much better than (deep trouble) GM and (dead man walking) Chrysler. Compared to the other two, Ford made smart choices with their Euro. brands, the Microsoft sync and their leveraging earlier. I highly doubt they are going anywhere. I give GM a 65% chance, and Chrysler a 20% chance of making it.

nah, use that truck for what is is made to do. tow BIG ASS trailers, pull stumps put, lol, give the tundra owners a tow when there camshafts snap, u name it this truck will pretty much do it

That iss true back in 2004 when for redisigned its pickup truck then came the titan, then chevrolet redisinged its truck copying ford, then a new redisigned tundra also came out and bareley the new dodge came out but ford just made more improvements to the f150. Now after this we will see in 2-4 years chevy, toyota, dodge, nissan copying ford again.

Nice truck but i think it got more ugly. Its all about look at me and less about a descent engine and transmission. that engine needed 100 more horse to compete and they give it 10!? The previous engine could barley get out of its own way and now they up the towing capacity to try and hope to god things hold up?
