I tried them all. Mostly boiled ones because there's a noodle dish in Vietnam called "Banh Canh" which big round rice noodle soup served with boiled pig feet and/or real crab meat. Love it!

I just got done eating a package of jokbal! Best food ever...but I stay away from the toe.

same with me. i actually didn't know it was pigs foot when i was eating it. imagine the surprise when i found out what it actually was
