I have been following your program for about 2 weeks now , Im already seeing results , I have been doing the massages you showed albout three times a day. I think it is helping because I have always had cramping in what i thought was my outer hip when i performed movemients that opened my legs , well last night when I was doing a ball massage I think that I found the problem, when I rolled the ball over my glute the muscle contracted.
My stretching is improving but I feel that when im attempting a high side kick/roundhouse kick its my hips that i feel pain in rather than my muscles if i try n go too high... how do you recomend I fix this problem?

The course works by going into different appraoches to flexibility for specific goal, techniques as well as muscle groups.
It's done this way because everyone has different flexibility issues and have different objectives in mind.

it contracted against the ball , so I work with it. same thing in my lower back, Hopefully that will open my muscles up more in that area

You probably just have to work your hip flexors. ;)
