  • good ass movie

  • @Chacha5678 Your right... For an "ass movie" it was good. But for a good movie it was an ass!

  • @Trekfreek I don't get why you're so hung up about this movie. You're mad because you perceive it to have nothing to do with politics? This movie got a lot of new fans into Trek, and pleased many of the old fans. I can't think of anything that went wrong in the film, I loved it

  • @Chacha5678 I'm not mad period. I'm quite sane! But you are mad "I can't think of anything that went wrong in the film". Forget for a second that it has the name Star Trek. The hero is a punk cadet who assaulted his superior officer twice, went AWL, was insubordination to everyone he met but still got promoted to Captain strait from cadet because he saved earth only once & out of pure luck. It sounds like a pilot for a cartoon series in the 70's.

  • @Chacha5678 "I don't get why you're so hung up about this movie" Then you are not a fan. A fan would understand why someone would be obsessed with putting an end to this new series started with the worst sci-fi film of all time. I don't get why people like you keep trying to defend it when you know you can't. This is like a murder is on trial & the prosecutor has 5 camera angles, 5 eye witnesses, DNA evidence & fingerprints proving the crime. But you keep insisting he is innocent.

  • Two steps from hell music!

  • @yellowreed12 fuckin aye

  • The internet is serious bizness

  • Some people on YouTube lol

  • when spock appeared in the movie the guy next to me in the cinema burst out laughing

95% good movie, with 5% total cheese which completely ruined it

  • @lancsFrogger I think you got it backwards its 95% cheese and only 5% good movie. :-)

  • This is going nowhere. You two have fun.

  • Jesus Christ...your bickering is the reason why I sometimes feel bad for being a Trekkie.

  • @oberkorn13 Then stop being a Trekkie. PS it's not bickering... it's an argument. Bickering goes nowhere.

  • @oberkorn13 PS. Please DON'T use our Lord's name as a curse word.

  • @Trekfreek LOL. Hopeless...

  • My God, man, you are a little offensive, aren't you? Lmao. Btw that was a reference from Doctor McCoy.

  • @TheStarTreker By the way he said "My God, man" only twice and only in the movies.

  • star trek sequel will be even better i can forgive the long delay though

  • This trailer so makes me join Star Fleet...Where do I sign up lol..Too bad the second one comes out 2013

  • @FAproduction1 yeah!!! well, one year to go :P

  • I think of this movie as a great tribute to the original series (since it is an alternate timeline not just a reboot) and a great star trek film allowing the franchise to evolve. I am a huge star trek fan, I love every series and every movie (not so much insurrection and nemesis) and honestly can't wait to see where Star Trek boldly goes where no franchise has gone before!

Never been a fan of star wars, didn't like the use of "magic" and poor acting...

  • @Revoltingmachine Did you just say that this monstrosity was "a great tribute to the original series"?!!! The new Trek had Scotty & Spock using a "Magic" transporter formula. It had a magical Black hole & the acting was the worst in Trek history including the fan films. Anyone who does not like Insurrection is not a fan of DS9. Anyone who did not enjoy Nemesis is not a fan of the later years of TNG. Alternate Time line means TOS, TNG, DS9, Voyager, and ST1-10 never happened!!!

  • FREEDOM FIGHTERS!!! this song should be put on any final trailer to an epic movie, like The Dark Knight Rises.

  • If anyone is interested the name of the song in this trailer is Freedom Fighters by Two Steps from Hell :)

  • This is still the best trailer i have ever seen.

  • The movie was not epic, but this trailer is.

  • @tfwoods3 Be right back. I got to open the window and let out my LAUGH OUT LOUD. The movie was epic.

  • @erzan The movie was epic alright just as epic as a skunk's fart and just as intolerable. The word "epic" means BIG but it does not mean good.

  • I really hate watching this trailer. It makes me want to go watch the movie-not to mention I've already seen the movie 10 times already.

  • "I dare you to do better" Epic music kick-in

  • @foxstab lol

  • Lamest movie I had the displeasure and misfortune of viewing. Thank you very much, JJ Abrams, for ruining StarTrek for me.

  • Comment removed

  • @Foxstab Lol...dumbass says what?

  • @Foxstab

And that is why you felt the need to come to Youtube, search for StarTrek trailers and post this comment?

    Tsk, tsk....

  • @hanasar No, this is why you decided your worthless ASCII has room in a reply to me. I came to search for something, followed through a few of t he side-bar links afterof and ended up on this one whereas I felt the need to heave and hurl.

  • @Foxstab

Hahaha. That's your opinion and your loss. I enjoyed this movie and I'm a long term Trek fan myself. I thought it has brought some new life back to the franchise, brought in a new audience, new fans, and drawn in more people that have become really interest in all the series and the previous films. I have watched all the series from the original to Enterprise and all the films.

  • @Foxstab

What do you prefer Trek to die completely, fade away, disappear, lost in history and be forgotten forever or finally back a live and breathing well again? Make your pick. Its better have Trek return in some form and shape then have no Trek at all. You don't have to agree with me. I'm just saying.

  • @Foxstab

I love Star Trek period. I admit that each series had their good and bad moments, flaws, mistakes, errors but I love them what they are and I don't care how many continuity issues, or plot holes they had. They are all Star Trek to me.

  • @TheStarTreker Star Trek is hardly anywhere near fading or passing away or DOOMED. It could be any new movie and it could be no movie, Star Trek continues still. Highly pretentious (and dumb) of you to liken this movie to the big saving (from what?) of Star Trek.

And I don't rate this movie on a Star Trek meter or something dumb. I rate it as a movie, based on Star Trek. It was lame, made me feel sick and left me with a stinging memory in regards to the label.

  • @Foxstab

Yeah it was dumb of me to like this movie. You might think it was dumb and awful. What I saw was a fun action packed, good sci-fi flick, and good performance on the classic Trek cast, Enterprise crew. Sorry that you couldn't see this movie as Star Trek or a good film but don't called me dumb liking it just because you didn't like it or thought it was a stupid movie. *rolleyes*

  • @TheStarTreker It was not dumb of you to like this movie, unless it did not appeal to you. I didn't say the movie was dumb. I said I was highly displeased by it. You're too closed minded and entrenched to comprehend what it is that you're reading. You're twisting and putting words in my mouth to fit your perverted perception of my stance on the matter. I did not call you dumb for liking the movie, I called you dumb for poising this movie as the savior of the franchise. *rolleyes*

  • @Foxstab

Yeah I'm too closed minded just because I misread some things you said (which I apologize). Did I say that it was the savior of the franchise? No. All I said it brought some new life back to the franchise, brought in a new audience, new fans, and drawn in more people since Star Trek Enterprise was canceled in 2005 and there haven't been a Star Trek show since then and the previous movie, Star Trek Nemesis was a flop and was the final Star Trek TNG movie.

  • @TheStarTreker Star Trek is far-far-far from being over, out and under. Take a look at its equivalent, Star Wars. Look how long it took until more movies came out. And the first one? Considered a catastrophe in critic fans' eyes. The second one was lauded and the third was considered as a "eh". Yet, there's been merchandising and novels and recently even cartoons. A franchise this big doesn't simply implode or cease its heartbeat due to lack of movies.

  • @Foxstab By first one* I meant the first of the last(est) 3 movies produced (or rather, the prequels to the classic star wars ones).

  • @TheStarTreker just one other thought i would like to add to Foxstab's comment to you... A franchise is not created by movies, but by the diehard fans. In the end it will be the fans who will determine if this "new Trek" is where they really want the franchise to go. Personally, I hope they chose to end this new line before it becomes like Mission Impossible. The Mission Impossible Movies has no resemblance to the TV series and is 90% mindless action. I see ST on this road.

  • @TheStarTreker Good Sci-Fi? Don't you mean Sy-Fy? Because it was not good sci-fi at all. Good sci-fi has a moral or political point to it. Here is a list of classic GOOD sci-fi films and books... Forbidden Planet, ZPG, Fahrenheit 451, Soylent Green, The Planet of the Apes (1-5 & Rise), 2001, 2010, Blade Runner and Out Land. All had political and moral points in them. The new Trek= pointless. It's not even Star Trek its Star Wars on Drugs.

  • @Trekfreek

That's your humble opinion. There don't necessary needs to be political and moral viewpoints to make it a good film. I don't see any resembles of Star Wars in the new film at all. All I saw was a good entertaining and action film and a good performance of the classic Trek characters. I think you take Trek too serious, too caught up in canon, continuity issues, and plot holes. I don't think you know how to really enjoy Star Trek or truly get it.

  • @TheStarTreker Who said just a good film I said good Sci-Fi needs political OR moral points. You did not notice the magical folding blades with no hinges or seems popping out of a handles or Kirk day dreaming while looking up at the ship? How about his mentor appearing just in time to save his life? You’re saying you did not notice that the drill's laser worked just like the Death Star's main gun? Or that Kirk had to follow his destiny (the force)? It is you who does not get Trek.

  • @Trekfreek

Honestly I thought the folding blades popping out that Sulu had was badass (awesome) and no I didn't find that magical. The rest that you mentioned is irrelevant. Why would I care if the drill's laser worked just like the Death Star's main gun or Kirk had a destiny. You see your problem is you too caught up into the very tiny details and want to bitch about the movie and just hate it or trash it or whatever.

  • @TheStarTreker Tinny details like The Admirals forgetting that Kirk broke suspension, manipulated a fellow cadet into helping him stow away on a Star Ship, assaulted officers, violated a dozen regulations? Ya, none of that matters as long as there were explosions & Kirk got his command. Hell let’s just ignore the whole dam story because your definition of the Human Condition is sex, violence, & getting your way no matter how bad you behave, Right? Name one new idea this movie had.

  • @Trekfreek

Did someone mention the Wrath of Khan? *umm coughs*

Yeah the human condition only involves politics, morals, and ethics, only involves right and wrong. Lmao.

  • @TheStarTreker TWOK was about the morality of an ultimate weapon. What, did you sleep through the scene where Spock and McCoy argue about the Geniuses device? Gene nether believed in God, nor disbelieve in God. He said "If God exists; he might be as flawed as the rest of us." Gene Also believed in the teachings of Christ (see "Bread and Circuses"). "You see but you do not observe." Sherlock Holmes.

  • @Trekfreek

I am the one who does not get Trek? How wrong you are. I suggest you watch a tribute to Star Trek that I made few years ago and tell me that I don't understand Trek at all. Lol. I meant to say that good sci-fi (not film) doesn't always necessary needs political and moral points in it, sorry.

  • @TheStarTreker The human condition is morals and politics. Understanding comes from politics, exploring new possibilities is also exploring our own morality. Did you even watch The Cage, The Motion Picture or Encounter at Far Point? These were Gene's favorite Star Trek Stories... Why? Because they focused on Morality, Politics and what makes up our subconscious. The new Trek focused on...NOTHING, Just like Star Wars!!! Oh! Gene never believed in destiny!

  • @Trekfreek

Did you know Gene didn't actually believed in God? I bet you didn't know that.

"We must question the story logic of having an all-knowing all-powerful God, who creates faulty Humans, and then blames them for his own mistakes." — Gene Roddenberry

  • @Trekfreek

Anyways Star Trek isn't just about political, morals, or ethics. It's more than that. It's about people, humanity, understanding, discovering, and exploring new ideas and possibilities, etc. It's about the human condition. It's a philosophy, a cult phenomenon. I don't think you really understand Gene Roddenberry's concept of Star Trek as much as you think.

  • @TheStarTreker Gene also wanted characterization. I quote "I saw other Sci-Fi shows and thought; Not enough characterization. Not enough motivation." So do you really think he would like his characters to be radically changing from one scene to another without any strong believable motivation? Oh, but I forgot that’s "little stuff" isn’t it? Trek became a cult phenomenon because it was the first sci-fi series to care about structure, story, science, characters, & serious messages.

  • @TheStarTreker The new page layout hides people's ages. How old are you? Were you part of the first Star Trek fandom like me? Did you help name the first Space Shuttle Enterprise? Did you see every Star Trek movie on its opening night? Did you watch TAS when it was new? Did you cry, and refuse to believe that TWOK was a true Trek movie because they killed Spock? I did all that & more. I'm a member of the fandom that kept Trek alive for 40 years.

  • @Trekfreek

Uh, yes I have seen every single Star Trek. I have been a fan for 25 years. I might not have been there at the start when "The Cage" or "Where No Man Has Gone Before" (both TOS pilots) but I was there at the beginning for "Encounter at Farpoint" (TNG's Pilot) and there at the end for "These Are The Voyages..." (Enterprise's finale).

  • @Trekfreek

I might not have been at every Star Trek movie premiere night but I have seen them all. I knew about the first Space Shuttle Enterprise. You think I don't know the history of Star Trek or how much impact or influence that it made in the world in the last 45 years? I know plenty about Star Trek more than you think. I even met some the cast from each Trek series.

  • @TheStarTreker Knowing the history and actually living it are two totally different things. It’s like in Babylon 5 season 4's last episode where so-called historians are spouting wrong interpretations of history when 200 year old Dalen shows up and puts them in their place. The facts are twisted to the point where the actual motives of the people in history are lost or replaced with lies. I lived the history...

  • @TheStarTreker You may have watched all the movies but when you watched Spock die you missed out on the real emotional impact it had on all the fans because you knew he was coming back to life, we (the older fans) did not. We thought he was dead forever & it felt exactly like we lost a close relative. No one could understand this unless they lived through it. The same goes for the sense of accomplishment we all had when we managed to get the first Space Shuttle named Enterprise...

  • @TheStarTreker Did you even think for one minute about all the people who became scientists, doctors, astronauts, and engineers because of the believability and vision of Star Trek? The new movie has none of that. It is just one shot of FX after another with the Characters written to fit each scene instead of the scenes written to fit the characters. Godzilla movies may be bad but at least their characters drive the stories not the FX.

  • @Trekfreek

Yeah I didn't feel emotional when Kirk, Data, or Charles "Trip" Tucker died. Yeah I never experience anything similar what you did. Yeah I never knew Star Trek influence people become scientists, doctors, astronauts, and engineers. And yeah the new movie was all about FX. You know how much an ass you sound. *rolleyes*

  • @TheStarTreker Back in the 60's, 70’s and early 80's writers never killed off a main character. It was a BIG ratings killer to do so. No one has ever killed a main character so deeply loved by fans before TWOK. MI's most loved characters just disappeared without explanation and the closest anyone got to killing off a main character was to kill of a one episode relative. So NO! You have NO idea what it felt like when Spock died! It was a huge SHOCK to everyone, not just fans!

  • @TheStarTreker PS if you keep rolling your eyes like that you will never be able to put them back in your head!

  • @Trekfreek K I think you've both made your points. Now please stop clogging up the comments with this ridiculous argument. Just appreciate that SOME people got emotional over Spock's death, others didn't. Some people think this film is badass, some don't. Living the history of the series doesn't make either of you a master of it. You interpret what you will from it, and don't push what you think is right on other people. Just be glad that you both cherish the series so. Now, peace.

  • @kickthedonkey01 "Those who fight, Doctor, must stop themselves otherwise it is not stopped" Spock to McCoy in Day of the Dove. As for your argument that no one is the master of history not even the ones who lived through it, I double dare you to say that to a War Vet. The only people who interpret history correctly are those who lived through it. You should also look up the word "cherish", it really means that you don’t want something damaged at all...

  • @Trekfreek Okay, calm down there buddy. I can see you're obviously getting a little too worked up over this. Just let it go yeah?

  • @kickthedonkey01 If someone truly cherishes something like Star Trek they are offended when it is changed into something it is not. The new movie (excluding the catch phrases, gadgets, names, Nemoy's appearance and one liner dialog) is not Star Trek. The science is so bad that even a layman can point out what is wrong with it. The story is not about the human condition, it’s just an excuse to have a cheesy get together with Kirk magically becoming Captain. It's a bad movie!

  • @Trekfreek Wow, okay, I thought I was done talking to you for a minute there. Also "double dare me"? Are you a child, trying to goad someone into doing something they shouldn't? I would happily state my opinion to anybody, as I have to you now. The only difference between a war vet and you is that I would apologise if my statement offended or upset them. With you, there's no point. I know your type, and I feel a great sense of satisfaction in seeing you agitated. But, bored now. BYE!

  • Comment removed

  • @Trekfreek I believe I said bye, in my last post. Goodbye, Trekfreek. I have more important things to do than sidestep out of the way of your rather insulting, and childish, remarks. You have a fantastic day, okay?

  • @kickthedonkey01 What did I say that was offensive. You called me names remember? I never called you a name or insulted you or used Felix Unger's initials on you. It was you who tried to play peace maker to a debate you were ill equipped to handle. It was you who offended me not me offending you. I only used the "Double Dare" to drive a point home. It was you who chose to be offended, even though there was nothing offensive about it. Stop being so sensitive!

  • @Trekfreek Enough. Just leave it alone now.

  • Comment removed

  • @Trekfreek Okay, just stop with the offensive comments now. Try reading back your own comments tomorrow, and just look at how bitter your words are. As for me, I apologise for my attitude towards you.

  • @kickthedonkey01 I accept your apology and I hope you learned not to be so overly sensitive. My comments may have been harsh or abrasive but the only people who would be offended are people who are looking for trouble. It's like a writer said: some people "listen to a song over and over, slower and slower until OH NO THERE IS A DIRTY WORD!" I'm not saying you are one of these people but if you don't man up a little you could become one, Just some friendly advice.

  • @kickthedonkey01 @kickthedonkey01 So you know my type? What type is that exactly? How old are you? I find that teens to 20 year olds always try to do an instant psychological analysis on people they only read one or 2 paragraphs of their postings. Telling people what to do and assuming that they fit into a category based on just a few words, no matter how good your intentions are, only gets people angry. Personality is not a factor, No one likes to be told what to do...

  • @Trekfreek Can I just ask what's this all about?

  • @Sarnius26 Um... No. But you can read what we wrote. :-)

  • @Trekfreek there's nothing political to this movie? the movie's conflict was based around something political, with the whole nero plot. wow. if you think you could have written a better movie, then submit your script to the filmmakers

  • @Chacha5678 How was Nero's stupidity of not knowing that he could save his whole planet now that he is in the past Political? "if you think you could have written a better movie, then submit your script to the filmmakers" and have them screw me over the way they screwed my brother NO WAY!

  • @Trekfreek do you know that 'politics' has multiple definitions? "any activity concerned with the acquisition of power, gaining one's own ends, etc" would apply here. And Nero was planning on saving his own planet. He just wanted to get rid of the other federation planets in retaliation, because he thought Romulans would be better off on their own. And what happened to your brother? and if it can't get to the filmmakers, then write fanfic, and if it's so amazing it will sell millions

  • @Chacha5678 First off Nero was not interested in power all he cared about was avenging a death that has not happened and could be easily stopped. This is what is known as a Saturday morning cartoon plot or Batman TV 1963 plot device. It's campy over the top and POINTLESS. Nero was only interested in getting revenge on the very people who tried to save his planet. He was not planning to save his planet. I know I have the movie (gift from a non trek fan friend).

  • @Chacha5678 My brother wrote a wonderful script. The story involved the Enterprise becomming alive just like data, but decided it did not want to obay the crew. He sold it to the TNG team for 1200 dollars and they used his idea in 2 episodes with out giving him any credit. My Brother never wrote again.

  • @Foxstab what was so lame about it? I loved it

  • Every time I see this trailer I get giddy. As a long time Trek fan this was the kind of movie that was needed too bring in new fans. I cannot wait until new movie comes out.

  • The music in this doesn't sound like the dark knight theme

  • FIRE EVERYTHING!

  • The Dark Knight Theme

  • STAR TREK 2 - DECEMBER 2012!!! (Hopefully...I heard it may be pushed to MAY 2013.

  • anybody notice that this is the batman music?

  • This trailer still gives me chills every time I watch it.

  • I have to say that I'm not a huge Star Trek fan... but this movie is damn f*cking epic! This trailer is one of the most epic trailer ever in my opinion.

  • Two steps from hell FTW!

  • When he screams "Fire everything" to the very ending of this trailer was soooooo damn EPIC

  • Just watched this film with my mother and having spent my whole life thinking my mother had not one ounce of geek in her, I found out she was a trekkie.

    Me "Mum you're a trekkie?!"

Mum "No, I justed watched star trek religiously"

    Me "Mum, that's a trekkie."

  • @XxVampyValentinexX thats a trekkie all right! :D

  • "I couldn't believe it when the bartender told me who you are..." TAM TAM..TAM TAM!!!

"Your father was captain of a starship for 12 minutes...he saved 800 lives. Including yours."....damn with that music kicking in...this is just and incredible trailer.

  • @mashakos The music is called Freedom Fighters by 2 steps from Hell; best fucking music EVER!!!! :D

  • @Aragorn106654 Prove it! Prove that it's the "best fucking music EVER!!!!"

  • @Trekfreek Opinions differ.

  • Wow...THOR saved 800 lives....

  • WHAT IS THIS SONG!?!?!?!

  • @DaRemixer101 the song is called 'freedom fighters' by 'two steps from hell'

  • @DaRemixer101 the song is called 'freedom fighters' by 'two steps from hell'

  • @Vooltacus lol thanks

  • i remember when my bf showed me this clip. it is very powerful.

  • amazing trailer, single handedly sold this movie

  • JJ Abrams got me to like STAR TREK, something I told myself ever since I was 4 years old and watched STAR WARS for the first time on VHS that I would never like, EVER, and then in 2009, Star Trek finally does something for the first time ever, and now I want my sequel.

  • TWO STEPS FROM HELL BITCHES :D

  • Goddamn this movie kicked ass

  • What is that music playing??

  • @sd1333 FREEDOM FIGHTERS - TWO STEPS FROM HELL

  • @sd1333

  • wat the music called

  • I loved the trailer because of the use of Two Steps From Hell music :3

  • THE SONG IS "FREEDOM FIGHTERS" BY 'TWO STEPS FROM HELL'

  • 1:29 orgasm

  • JJTrek is vastly superior to Bayformers.

  • i dont care what anyone says but this was the best star trek movie ever it beats star wars shitty ass movies cant wait for the sequal and the old shows are one of my favs to so u nerd ass bitches need to shut tha fuck up cuzz this movie kicked ass

  • Celeron processor power YEAH!!

  • jj abrams best director ever. dark knight, this, super 8, inception

  • Kirk: Thor, what the hell are you doing in Star Trek?

Thor: Kirk, I am your father...

    Kirk: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

  • @ttbotko15 gay.....giving you a dislike

  • @lurchipoo Thanks!

  • What is everyone bitching about the new star trek?? Let me tell you all something that everbody knows.....NO ONE LIKES STAR TREK EXCEPT FOR THE NERDS!!! Yes, I'm sorry but that's the truth. I fucking hated star trek since I was a kid, it was the most boring show ever! This movie was awesome, and thats what the star trek franchise needed!!! Movies are for entertainment, and this movie was very entertaining. Sorry if I burst the giant elephant shaped bubble that was floating in the fucking room.

  • @lurchipoo Stereotypical comment. You say nerd like it's a negative term. Without these "nerds" there wouldn't be this reboot that you love. JJ Abrams and various cast and crew on this version like Star Trek too. So they are "nerds". I'm not a trekkie, but I do love The Original Series and its films and I love this film too. If that makes me a nerd then sign me up. The others are entertaining too, but with a different vision to the reboot. You not finding them entertaining is your own preference.

  • @Aroreiel Some people exist just to bring others down, don't worry about them they are not worth your time I promise.

  • @lurchipoo That is very harsh and not at all correct. Aroreiel is correct, you use nerd like it is a bad word. Some people are nerds who love sci fi/fantasy, why are you being such a douche? It should go without saying that not everyone likes the same thing and never will, you need to get used to this or be very lonely.

  • @wiccaboi83

Right on man. I absolutely love science fiction especially anything that takes place in outer space and the future. It even makes me be really interested in actual science, makes me want to study the stars and dream of traveling to them.

  • @lurchipoo

Star Trek never was just for entertainment. The purpose of it was to inspire, to touch people. That's why Gene Roddenberry created it. He wanted to show his vision of an optimistic future of a variety of humans and aliens living and working together in a peaceful Federation and exploring the galaxy to his audience. So what if any of the previous films and series weren't ever appealing to you but its slander to say it no one ever likes it except nerds.

  • @lurchipoo

Star Trek is for everybody, fans and non-fans alike. The Star Trek that is still the best from this day is Star Trek The Next Generation even though I still enjoyed the latest film and I can't wait for the sequel and I hope CBS green lights David Foster's proposal of a new Star Trek TV series that take place in the prime timeline and is post-Star Trek Voyager/Star Trek Nemesis.

  • @lurchipoo When a nerd comes up to you and spud guns you in the face then you will believe :)

  • @IamJigle Spud guns?? WTF?....your a fag LOL

  • @lurchipoo Spud guns. Yes. Me a fag. No. You a fag? Yes. :)

  • @IamJigle what virgins come up with these days...... LOL....Spud guns, jesus christ, i can tell you have never even been within ten feet of a naked vagina, well except your moms ;) You and your right hand have really gotten to know each other, i guess everyone needs a friend! haha!

  • @lurchipoo Of course I haven't you dumbass.

  • @IamJigle LOL that sucks.....

  • @IamJigle Don't feed the troll dude.

  • @chadrageus I'm not im telling it to shut the fuck up

  • @IamJigle Good luck dude. I can't stand trolls either.

  • This Trailer gives me Goosebumps!! It's soooo good!!!!

  • This is the best trailer ever created. PERIOD.

  • Damn this trailer still gives me chills 3 years later!

  • This was the Trailer that sold me on the movie.

  • Two steps from hell is what made this awesome

  • The theme music is called "Freedom Fighters" from the music trailer company Two Steps From Hell from their CD release Invincible (which can be bought on iTunes)... The Composer is Thomas Bergersen =)

  • TWO STEPS FROM HELL!!!! They are gods.

  • @10juniorman That's Blasphemy.

  • @Trekfreek No one cares.

  • @10juniorman God cares and I care. So to say "No one cares" is a lie.

  • @Trekfreek The reality is the only thing you care about is that Jar Jar Abrams' Star Trek is black on its left side. All that matters is that 1% of this Star Trek is not your father's Star Trek, and the 99% that is be damned. What is damned is that it they didn't call this Star Trek simply because of the name, but what Star Trek is and its meaning. All that means nothing unless if fuels your hypocrisy.

And how many times have I said it, but still hasn't sunk in? I should dumb it down for yo

  • @Potrimpo ...what I'm trying to say. Sci-Fi Books like, Gulliver's Travels, War of the Worlds, The Time Machine and Frankenstein. Star Trek was a means to an end it was not the actual end. The new movie has nothing but FLASH BANG. As for "which god?", there is only one GOD! I have not condemned anyone moron. God speaks to all of us, you only need to listen. I'm only one out of billions of messengers with a simple one word message "listen". I pray for all the lost souls including Roddenberry's.

  • @Trekfreek Incredible as it may sound, even impossible, but there are those who love the original Star Trek in all of its form. We know it's not just the fancy visual effects, Kirk taking his shirt off, the curse of the red shirts that they forgot to use on The Galileo Seven, etc etc. But it's the exploration into humanity, seeing the world around us in the stars. Seeing the bond that makes them who they are.

And we see it here because we do not blind ourselves with prejudice and hate.

  • @Potrimpo No you see it in this movie because you want to see it in this movie. It's like when your alone in the dark missing a long dead loved one and all of a sudden you feel their presents. He/she is not there but you needed to have him/her there so you imagine it. The Truth is the magic that was Star Trek is not in this movie. When you come back down to earth you will see what I know to be true. This movie does not explore what makes us human. It's Star Wars with Trek names and LENS FLARES!

  • @Trekfreek For whom? Which god? Or will you condemn me like Terry Jones for speaking out against Exodus 20:3? And can you truly say you god speaks through you like Moses, son-in-law of Jethro?

Sure as hell Gene Roddenberry doesn't.

  • You know, I really get tired of nerds complaining about this movie. I've watched Trek since I was a toddler, I'm a fan of every series besides the animated one and I still love this movie, plot holes and all. Sure, it's a different kind of movie, but DS9 was a different kind of show than TOS and TNG, and it's still great. In fact, the George Takei called it "the polar opposite' of TOS. So what? First Contact was a brainless action movie, and most fans love it.

  • @mauk4678 “First Contact was not a brainless action movie” First Contact was about how we as individuals affect the future and how we should not dwell on posterity but on the here and now. It also focused on how we should not let our personal feelings effect or judgment. Pay attention next time. ST XI on the other hand was about...NOTHING! Its' purpose was only to make "Trek hip, cool" or whatever the modern slang is for popular.

  • WTF do you mean it dident live up to this trailer all that stuff is in the movie u retard how many times did your mom drop u on ur head
