Actually I don't think this song is actually in the Touhou games, its just from a Music CD made by the same creator, ZUN. The CD is Magical Astronomy, and this particular remix is called Greenwich in the Heaven.

Well, the song isn't from Pokemon. The title Greenwich in the Sky is right, at least, but the song itself is from the Touhou series of shoot 'em ups. But to be specific, it's not from any of the Touhou games themselves, it's originally from a music album made by the creator of the game as supplementary material to the series. Still good stuff, at any rate.
I waste SO much of my life listening to this epic song.
