This is the only good part of the movie. I mean it actually kind of plays out much like the manga does.I mean there's unbelievable violence and this is like the only bit of the movie that is like the comic. I dunno, I think if Ken actually made people blow up the third guy here would have been foreshadowing.

Sigh, but after this scene Ken is fighting more like a typical martial art protagonist instead of one or two hit killing guys in over the top fashion.

Ive only seen a couple of clips from this movie so far, and to the producers credit it seems that they tried to stay true to Fist of the North Star's spirit. However, FOTNS is one of those things that just doesn't work in live action. In the manga/anime, Kenshiro hitting his enemies 100 times and/or hitting them in a specific place that causes them to explode is badass, but really hard to do in live action- things like the movement and sounds of actors make it look goofy, like the 100 crack fist
