It's actually not done the same way as the matrix. The matrix used many cameras, all taking a shot at the same time, but at a different angle, then had that brought together with CGI to give the illusion of moving around. This was actually done with one camera, and a lot of CGI. The actors were also acting, they are NOT CGI. They stayed in place on stands that were digitally removed later on. The same way they did it for the Matrix man. If you have the dvd for the first one, the bonus material shows you the guy who invented this camera method. Sick shit!!!
