  • Everything amazing, good and wonderful is what that was! GREAT talent, GREAT exposure to GREAT music from obviously cool parents. Bravo, man.

  • I am crying at this sheer beautiful guitar playing. That kid is a prodigy!

  • God given talent...DO NOT WASTE IT!!!

  • The people who disliked this video are merely jealous of the fact that this kid is obviously a prodigy who has more musical talent at eight years old than they'll ever have in their entire lives. I must admit I'm jealous too, but there's no way I'm not gonna give credit where it's due and wish this kid all the best. He has an awesome future ahead of him.

  • BRAVO!

  • I wish my parents would buy me a guitar at that age.

  • bravo vhaval!

  • niño de mierda

  • Pretty good, but let th emusic breathe. You're doing it a bit too fast.

  • @MrLino He's like 7 dude.....

  • @nickdude09 And because of that i can't give him tips on how to make it sound better? I know he's really young and i admire that. It's even more stunning that he likes such music on such early age. But he has flaws and i need to point them out. The sooner, the better.

  • @Schusnap practice.............you won't even notice fatigue.

  • he needs practice more

  • 57 people r assholes!!-|!!

  • For christ sakes you bunch of nuggets! It's a kid with a talent. Some have it, some don't. Write a bloody thesis on it if you must but look at this for what it is. A talented kid. Some people need to take a step back from life.

  • it makes you feel good when you play it. it just does.

  • 57 people are just jealous...

  • It's cool to see a boy like you appreciating good music like Led Zeppelin these days. Congratulations and keep up the good work, your playing is beautiful.

  • how old is he now??

  • i dont think this kid is forced to play. im mean what do you expect him to do? smile while playing through the whole song? cuz thats kinda creepy

  • look at all that gear in the background. this kid is pro

  • wow... greatttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

  • This kid gets it! Great fingers! Once he gets down playing without looking he'll get even better.

  • It's actually an easy song until 0:47 that's where the slides get a little complex for someone this young.

I'm really impressed at how smooth hes playing this song.

This kid will have mad skills when he's 16 if he's this good now.

  • What a Guitarist O_O

    Awesome!!!

  • Outstanding young man! Keep on picking.

  • oh god, here we go with the child labor comments, I can tell you first hand(I played at 8), this kid loves playing, and does because hes obviously been around a great musical family, you are probably a bunch of Jung fans that are so up his jock you cant stand seeing a REAL kid(Jung is about 18 now?) smoke his ass....great job kid, YOU...and you alone....rule

  • well done kid

  • Jimmy Page would be proud !

  • Wow this kid is awesome I am going to learn this song today and he has inspired me a lot hahaha I have been playing for 3 yrs and he might be better than me :(

  • This is awesome my young friend! This is inspirational!

  • Nice job little dude!!! Keep up the good work.

  • Wow... This is impressive. Thank you for playing an amazing piece of music instead of something like Justin Bieber or Hannah Montana!

  • hey kid, if u take anything from these comments it should be this; DONT STOP PLAYING!!!

  • Touching

    Keep on rockin' little dude!!

  • yeah he's good, really good but people shouldn't feel bad because he's better than them. look how much equipment is in the background he's obviously from a very musically influenced family. keep it up mate, and keep it up to all the other young guitarists out there :) (Y)

  • holy crap kid good job

  • lol he looks so funny with that big guitar on him

  • BRAVO!!!!!!!!!

  • yes!!!! what an awesome kid im afraid to think of how gnarly he will shred as he grows up

  • OMG... I second all the other opinions here, esp. cpu278's about now being able to play this when that kid can. awesome job. an inspiration for me to pick up my guitar again... thank you!

  • It seems like we have a prodigy here! Beautiful cover.

  • wow kid, great stuff. hope you are still playing.

  • Good job, please watch my version of Bron y aur stomp

  • I feel so embarrassed of not being able to play this song.. very nice job kid, keep it up ;)

  • little Led Head woot!

  • Why would 56 people dislike this video? Why would you dislike a little kid being a great musician.

  • @EmilioEstevezLikesUs why would you talk about the dislikes? retard

  • @EmilioEstevezLikesUs

because they envy it so hard!

  • @EmilioEstevezLikesUs Unbelievable. Do they get the internet in the psycho ward at supermax prisons? I'd love to see who the 58 twisted freaks are.

  • @EmilioEstevezLikesUs 58 people are jealous ^^

  • @EmilioEstevezLikesUs one word... jelousy.

  • lol after i finish learing Tears in Heaven i need to learn this

  • This kid's got skills! I've loved this acoustic song for a while! He's made it even better!

  • this is the best version ever on youtube this kid will go far in life if he keeps at it

  • Very very cool...

  • Justin Beiber, SUCK HIS WEINER! That's music my good man!

  • @mert16 stfu about justin beiber i c his name in every rock vid i listen 2, it seems to me like u people r trying to promote him or sumthing

  • @blodhgarm96 Um. No? I am going right along with what someone mentioned on one of the top comments. It's ppl like that teen idol piece of s music and scene that will ruin music as we know it. It's already screwed enough. Hopefully kids like this can save it. The reason you see his name is it's easy to compare because everyone knows who the hell he is. Promote? I don't think so. That kid is a household name now, sorry to say.

  • This is absolutely amazing! May you go far in life...VERY far! Best to you.

  • This is fantastic. Great taste in song with the exception of the White Stripes poster in the background. Jack White is the new Eddie Veder(and I don't mean that in a positive sense).

LOL THATS A JOKE ,BUT TRUE!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....LEARN FROM THE BEST,AND MAKE YOUR OWN MAGIC! YOU'LL NEVER HAVE TO "WORK" AGAIN. • ur great, ur dad or mum must be a guitarist by those freeking massive multi affects boards

  • SOB

  • I'm well impressed!

  • nice dude. nice. keep it up.

  • Wow, honestly, I get goosebumps from this song, and this kid brought it back for me...Your'e amazing, Thank You

  • truly amazing!

  • Your gonna make millions one day kid!!!!

  • fucker....i'm jealous:). why couldn't our parents put us into stuff like guitar playing when we were young so we wouldn't struggle when we were teens and stuff?

  • Not only is he a great player, but he's reading this piece from sheet music. I don't think that even Jimmy Page can do that.

  • @Lunarmoonbase2 page can read from sheet, i mean he was a freaking session guitarist

  • @Matthew9444 I doubt that very much. Very few rock stars can read sheet music. They all play by ear like the Beatles, the Stones, the Who, Pink Floyd, etc..None of those musicians can read sheet music. Neither can Elton John, and the list goes on and on. Billy Joel might be able to.

  • @Lunarmoonbase2 Once again he was a SESSION MUSICIAN, you wouldn't learn your parts by ear, why would they have needed one if there was already a guitarist on site to teach the song?

In the film "It might get loud" we see the kind of sheet music Page had to play in his session days.

There are also quotes of him saying that at the height of his session day he was given some songs the morning he had to play them so he had to learn on the way to sessions.

  • @Matthew944 It might Get Loud also told us that Jimmy did studio work for the Kinks, a band that already had guitarists. He didn't just play for guitarless bands. How did Paul McCartney teach George Harrison what leads to play when neither could read music? Most producers and many recording engineers also play the basic instruments and could show a studio musician what they wanted and tell him to speed it up or whatever. You don't have to be able to read music to do that.

  • @Matthew9444 I just did some research and did find something on the internet that said Jimmy Page can read music, so you were right about this one. But believe me, most rock musicians don't have the temperment, patience, or desire to learn to read music, and most of them can't. Ever see a rebel that was good in class?

  • @Lunarmoonbase2 ok its good we sorted that out

  • That was downright sick. very ill. Perfect

  • better than my guitar player..who's a fucking loser !! and retard who cant play to save his mother's life

  • when i have children, i want them to be like you

  • one word... Virtuoso

  • OH MY GOSH!!! now that's what you call talent!! this is AMAZING..truly one talented kid! he made me feel the same way i feel when i listen to the original Bron-Yr-Aur....

  • He has a ME-50 petal!! THUMBS UP if you know what I'm talking about:)

  • blessed child

  • unbelievable,what a talented kid.superb stuff and what a fantastic tune.we got a little jimmy page here

  • More vids please, you rock!

  • WOW, wish we could see what you play like today. For you're age at the time seems like years ahead of you're time.Big fan

  • Anyone, like me, who thought that music was going extinct should listen to this and just be happy that there is much hope for the future. Thank you for sharing this!

  • @karlharshman Thanks to you (and to so many others these past few years) for your kind comments.

  • this brought tears to my eyes

  • i have always wanted to learn this song, but i have always been a flat picker. learn both styles of playin plus the chet atkins style and you will be well off

  • nice job kid!

  • Does he want to play or has to?

  • @DJ0KNUF Loves to play. Hates to be videotaped (which is why his last video is 4 years old).

  • @DJ0KNUF He definatley wants to, look at the background, several guitars, and a recording station.

  • @DJ0KNUF exactly the thing that i'm wondering, he rocks though :)

  • @DJ0KNUF

has to.. he doesn't know what is playing.. but i hope he will like it in the future.

  • @DJ0KNUF His parents make him to play and do videos.

  • @iBaNezRG95 poor kid never gets to play halo or gears of war.

  • @DJ0KNUF, Yeah really. The kid's like two years old. There's NO way he understands the meaning behind music yet.

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux I didn't know emotions had an age requirement

  • @331giovanni, Well, you should. Music is an emotion in itself. The emotions put into the music are from someone who's been somewhere and their trying to get their message across. A two year old kid has been no where. And he just plays. Playing music and creating it are two different things. He's most likely being forced by his parents.

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux I totally agree. he didn't make the song, but doesn't mean he can't play it with soul. most of zeppelin's songs were stolen, but played with soul.

and don't be so pessimistic, maybe he just likes the guitar and jimmy page :)

  • @331giovanni, Most of Zeppelins songs are stolen? What the hell are you talking about? And no, I'm sorry but anyone under the age of ten doesn't have "soul". End of story.

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux yep, dozens an dozens of their songs were

what I don't understand is how you can just pull an age out of thin air like that. page himself started playing at a very young age, so did jimi hendrix, younger than this kid

age shouldn't matter, you've either got it or you don't

  • @DJ0KNUF Do YOU want to play or have to? WTF kind of question is that? The kid rocks, why do you feel the need to bring him down? As for others saying he doesn't understand what he's playing, I'd bet a thousand dollars YOU can't play it as well so STFU.

  • @Steve99jp66, It doesn't matter whether or not we can play it. It doesn't matter whether or not he can play it. It's someone else's work. Anybody has the potential to learn how to play someone else's work. Being a guitarist and being a musician are two different things. I also doubt you have a thousand dollars to bet anyways.

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux Oh, I see, it doesn't matter if the kid can play or not. Yeah, that makes sense...

I've checked out many adults (people you would say 'understand' what they are playing) playing this on YouTube and 90% them can't play the song for SHIT. Yet this kid plays mostly note for note at tempo, but you say that doesn't matter. I guess you prefer the shit versions by talentless players who at least 'understand' it. Sounds to me like the kid understands it well enough...

  • @Steve99jp66, I also did a search prior to this and have yet to find one of these "shit" covers. I guess you were exaggerating. Playing the song is irrelevant to understanding the meaning. I guess this talk is too sophisticated for you since I'm constantly having to explain myself. Maybe if you were a musician or at least a guitar player, you'd understand.

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux

    1) I am a guitar player (yes, I can even play this song)

    2) I am a musician

    3) You talk so much about 'understanding' this song, so please enlighten me to what it 'means'.

    4) 'Meaning', when speaking of an instrumental piece, comes down to 'musical interpretation' (dynamics, cadence, phrasing, etc). When I listen to this kid play, I hear nuance and attention to those points. On many other vids, by adults, those points are sorely lacking.

The kid rocks. Get over it.

  • @Steve99jp66, Your definition of emotion, can be achieved through training. You must be some sort of robot by logic then. What I'm saying is that this kid must be forced to play. Because he lacks the experience to have emotion.

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux

Why do you assume that? Maybe the kid begged his parents to play. Many child prodigies just pick it up quite easily on their own. You nothing about this kid yet jump to all sorts of conclusions and put him down. Why?

  • @Steve99jp66, Yeah and most prodigies write their own songs. Hence, the term "prodigy". Like that one Asian kid on Youtube. People say he's a prodigy. Yet he doesn't write his own songs; he doesn't even compose the songs he plays. He credits those people in the "more info" section. Plus, he's like fifteen now. I don't know man. Maybe the kid wanted to play guitar and picked it up well. I just say most likely his parents forced him. Which isn't right in my opinion.

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux

    Whatever...

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux if ur referring to sungha jung he actually has an album out, with original compositions written by himself. So maybe do a little research before making more assumptions that make u look like an ass

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux congrats...you got pwned

  • @0adireita, This kid will have to do counseling in his twenties because his parents cared more about making money off him than his well being.

  • @GuitarHeroPhenomSux

because it possibility this kid enjoys playing for fun and his parents are proud to show off how talented their son is is out of the question

  • now THIS IS TALENT!!!! please grow up, form a nice classical rock band and show the world what talent is, young man........please save music.

  • @ybow85 So true, this kid could save music, along with myself. I am trying to form a band with my friends, since I play acoustic and electric guitar. I hope somehow kids will start more ROCK bands and maybe this stuff will come back. Peace&Love

  • Good job man! keep it up!! i remember when i learned this song i thought it was so hard but once you get the pattern down you can make it look easy like him!

  • I'm 25 years old and it took me AGES to learn this song... I hate talented people! Well done young man.

  • literally, the only bad thing about this video, the only thing, is nothing. =)

  • wow

  • This is one of my favorite led zeppelin songs, and the way he plays it so beautifully brought me to tears. When he got to the climax of the song, shivers went up and down my spine! this is absolutely incredible. Please never give up on this. You are fantastic!

  • This is jimmy page when he was a kid lol

  • que suerte la de estos kids de nacer en una casa con tantos instrumentos de musica
