Thank goodness Barr has awakened! I got a question.....is pushing away people who have awakened good for our country? It just makes me wonder.......how much good videos like this are when it just gets people to stop looking at the libertarian party and going back to voting republican or democrat!

(although, don't forget to do your research..part of being a good politician is the ability to make a mistake and then admitting that decision in the past was wrong. that's something that Barr does, that few politicians will do. yes, i know ron paul is a perfect angel who's never made a mistake but he's out of the race, so we kind of have to start looking for a plan B)

Nothing wrong with being an anarchist. While I still sometimes refer to myself as a libertarian, I've pretty much concluded that the political system will never, ever bring freedom to the people. Bob Barr is a libertarian in the same sense that Pat Robertson is a libertarian. That is, he's not a libertarian at all, but a right wing religious conservative.

Well they can disagree all they wish, and if they prove themselves to be true in their claims then great (and i would hope they do!)

But until they prove that his current pro-liberty stance is legit and different from his previous stance and voting records, then i have trouble trusting.

its hard to have optimism these days in our system, and i simply can't take the word of a party for their nominee as truth without actions to back it up as well.

It would also be irresponsible to not hold people responsible or relate them to their own actions in the past

history and the past are the biggest hints to the future and ignoring that is much more dangerous than the simple forgive and forget tactic

but i understand what you are saying, ive been watching barr. i would actually love to trust him now but i find it hard to trust these days

also i posted this video in the past so commenting on it is therefore being stuck in the past...not really.
