This brings back memories. I'd go over to my friend Margaret's house and beg her to let me play Banjo Tooie. This game is the whole reason I'm on a desperate search for an N64.
i actually thought banjo tooie was slightly better than banjo kazooie
call me biased but it was the first game i played
yes even before banjo kazooie
but it thought the open world part was so fun and witchyworld was so amazingly designed
also i love jolly rogers lagoon much better than TTC from BK
and when i was little i spent hours trying to figure out how to kill the zombeh jinjo king i was little and didn't realize he was the whole point to the plot

i did love banjo kazzoie but banjo tooie was really disappointed about it because i just felt aganizing of playin it cause it was super long and hard to me
I've been replaying this - truly I love this game. It depresses me to know what has happened to the series though... (looks at Nuts and Bolts, shakes head).
Sorry Rare, but I'll bet there are thousands of fans online that could have made a better BANJO KAZOOIE game, not copy and pasting them into a completely new game.
I used to play this over and over again when my Nintendo 64 worked. It was a great game. I just can't find a place to buy the cords necessary to hook up my Nintendo 64.
Your other games work because they already have memory on them, if thee is a game you no longer play, maybe, delete the data, if Banjo Tooie still doesn't work, you might want to buy a new one.
this goes for GBa games aswell, in all "Cartridges" for a nintendo game there is a batterie that allows you to keep storage. when that batterie dies you can no longer save on it. if you can open up the game cartridge and replace the batterie im sure it will work.
when my mom gave away my 64 when i was 12... i swear i nearly had a fit. i have a gamecube now but hell it wasn't as memorable as 64. banjo kazooie and tooie were two of the greatest games ever! long live childhood :)
I like banjo tooie more just because its more of an adventure game to me and its SOO much harder

One of the best games on the 64. microsoft has ruined the series with Nuts and Bolts on 360. Too bad Rare went to Microsoft
SuperSoloLessons 1 year ago
@SuperSoloLessons I agree totally. Nintendo should buy back Rare. Or at least Banjo Kazooie...

I didn't like this game as much as the original, the levels were extremely long and I was disappointed by what the secret eggs and ice key did.

correction, they were already living there when the witch came, so they arent stupid -.-

kazooiemaniac obviously delves into a deeper understanding of the mythos surrounding the events leading up to the game, but your humor is appreciated

the only thing i failed to understand was how kazooie can live in that tiny backpack without being cramped.

@exranio Real estate was killer. The land was cheap. Not to mention crawling with sentient, evil vegetables.
