As I watched one of your other vids I got a good tip about putting my food in a measuring cup. I'm two weeks out and am on solids but had no clue how much i should have. 1 cuz sounds about right. Your skin looks great! No excess skin on your tummy and your arms have very minimal "wings". I can only hope and pray my skin tightens up as well as yours! Great job on your loss.
