I have been on a personal quest to make great roasted potatos and I think I hit the jack-pot today on a recipe i came up with. I discovered that it is very important to take a fork and jab holes in each piece of potato....no matter what recipe you use....this allows the oil & seasonings to permiate to the inside of the potato
