i can't turn it off, it fails saving the configuration. says it's posible i have no permission to change the configuration, but i'm the administrator

erm...mine is windows 7 32 bit... the sensor was not connected... and i stupidly unistall and install through the toshiba web... i have no idea how to delete my previous fingerprint... erm...please help out?

@peterwcng im glad it helped you out i figured it out on my own but it took my like a week before i realized how simple it was to fix.

i stupidly desinstalled the dispositive from the control panel so I dont have the biometric options, can you help me?

@sboppudi yes try reinstalling the toshiba driver and if that doesnt work download teamviewer and i will work on the issue for you no problem. any questions regarding this or worried about granting access to your computer i can be reached on yahoo messenger at Vabeachguy757
