GTA VCS side mission: Phil's Shooting Range

I finally done this mission on PSP it was very hard but finally done it. Lvl 5 is not hard at all, the hard one to me is lvl 4. Here's a tip for those people who want help with this mission it is also the reason i completed this mission. When playing this mission keep holding the L button this will slow down the movement of the cross hair making life a lot easier i hope you found this helpful :)

to get the r*lax t-shirt you need to complete the game 100% which isnt that difficult as most of the side missions are fairly simple

Guys I heard you can shoot while walking with the free aim mode on Mac 10 Sub Machine Gun or Tec-9 in PC Version. Can you really do the same on PSP Version?

yes. while running (normal running without x) hold R and then quickly press down button. Do not hold down button just press it and hold R button while running with the analog.

there is no PC version for LCS and VCS, are you talking about san andreas?

its harder to complete this level on PSP cos the stick is over responsive and the arrow keys are too slow -either way u miss ur target most of the time, which is why i can complete this level properlyy :S

When you started I thought you wouldn't make it because it was inaccurate and clumsy.
