  • I would be highly disappointed if this movie's gonna suck

  • nahhh estan mejores las otras peliculas de spiderman!!D:

  • @Hector0695 Tienes toda la razón esta película nueva es una bazofia.

  • What's the song that starts at about 0:40?

  • @Csvictory14 Same with Incredible Hulk.

  • i mean why even do a remake of this movie the only reason they're doing it is because this spiderman is hotter than toby maguire... but so what thats bull shit... Why do another movie just like the first spiderman it doesn't make sense this is a total waste of cinema... same story, different actors they just doing it to hopefully make another killing at the box office like the first series did. fucking worthless fags do they really think we're that stupid?

  • @TheRealZenJax um no, they're making this movie because its closer to the comics.....besides the previous films sucked, Garfield is a much better Spide-rman.

  • HOLY SHIT this is EXACTLY the same as the first spider man... 1. the nerdy science kid 2. The girl that looks like MJ 3. The spider that bites him in the chem lab 4. The music skore 5. Spiderman's dialogue towards the end of the trailer sound Exactly! like Toby Maguire's in the original 6. The jumping from building to building 7. The Villains Voice sounds exactly like the green goblin's 8. He lives with his aunt and uncle 9. Same name (peter)
  • @TheRealZenJax

naah this movie was made for the real spider-man fans that have read the comics not forthe Tobey's fangirls. You do know that Tobey's spidey wasn't exactly spider-man. This guy looks more real.

  • fuck you think spidey is all about fantasy romance and cry baby scenes fuck riami films i hate tobey cry baby ass man that was so annoying thats all riami films was about a cry baby peter who makes ugly cry baby face expressions when something happens.....but with this one i see a future:

    1 perfect actor

    2 comic book origin

    3 the true story

    4 its the best

  • @sonnyblazin1up agreed 100%

  • @sonnyblazin1up I see another free roaming game :)

  • @sonnyblazin1up BAD actor and comic book origin no one cars as long as the quality of the acting is good along with the plot

  • First person spiderman game 1:44

  • @jakeman1245 I'M MEXICAN TOO ! I'm not racist either ! Idiot.

  • CANT WAIT!

  • 1:st person action!! badass :D

  • Comment removed

  • GOPRO! WOO

  • i say.... Fuck yes.

  • Holy... As a gamer that first person scene was something of a mind fuck for me.

Though I wish they hadn't faded to black when he landed on the glass but just used [him looking at the reflection between his arms] as the slow motion background until the end. Would have completed the illusion of seeing the world through his eyes.

Well, atleast there's hope that that's how the scene works in the movie.

  • Today is March 2, 2012. (12:39 a.m.) Google!?! Google Changed just one day ago an now 3 big block-buster summer movies (all at once) hit me on this March Night. Something Strange is happening here?! Something has Changed! Tonight I saw for the 1st time a batman three trailer & "the amazing S---man trailer" that have been dream for years to see/creaming to see for year by accident on youtube suggestion.

  • This is not spiderman, it is the amazing spiderman, completely different story line. his love interest in amazing SM is Gwen stacy.

  • @VHack0r bitch please .. this isn't some comic con convention .

  • @JhosefL hahah yeah, all comic/anime nerds can go suck a monkey dick.

  • @jakeman1245 Just b/c we are enjoying a from of entertainment, like books or tv, you discriminate against us !? You're fuc**** smart, cough, cough.

  • @Spinozilla98 just like you whites descriminate against us mexicans. its a shame the world isent perfect

  • @VHack0r if its a completely different story then how come its EXACTLY the fuckin same then eh?

  • @TheRealZenJax it is not the same story line, both revolve around peter parker, but the toby spiderman movies were sort of a spin-off from the cartoon that they are following in this movie. This movie if you haven't noticed, spiderman uses little attachments on his wrists to shoot the web, where as the other movies he shot them out of his arm.

  • i like to see the 4th one, it's like this after the third movie iv been waiting for a long time for the fourth version for five years.

  • @jedijordaninfinity yup. its a shame really, because the guy who was the hob goblin, HARRY.. quit.. than the guy who was spiderman, quit. so i guess they just cancled that series..

  • Finaly a good spider man movie.

  • Man the CGI looks REALLY bad

  • @NewcastleEmperor ok then. I didn't even like the first 3. So I'm somewhat excited for this movie and I was hoping it wasn't gonna be disappointing. So thanks.

  • for me the old spider man actor(I forgot his name) was a more suitable peter parker.just sayin

  • Why remake it? This looks like its gonna suck especially if we had 3 previous Spider-man movies.

  • @iAmSaintCharlie The Amazing Spider-Man movie is NOT a remake! It's a different, better, darker, mature and much more accurate Spider-Man movie. All real Spidey fans demanded this movie because of how bad Spider-Man 1, 2 and 3 were. Those 3 movies were badly cast, badly acted, badly written, way too campy, too childish, featured terrible CGI, and were very inaccurate to the comics.

The only people that liked those 3 terrible movies were clueless little children aged under 12.

  • @iAmSaintCharlie The Amazing Spider-Man movie is thankfully arriving this year to repair the Spider-Man franchise and help us forget about Spider-Man 1, 2 and 3.

  • @NewcastleEmperor "Help us forget?" You mean "help you forget". Speak for yourself, most of use loved the franchise, (though the third did get half and half). Point is that people who don't even read comic books loved these movies. Critics alike the audience loved them. As quoted from the famous critic Ebert, people who go to the movies to see superhero movies, will love to go see these films as he reviewed the second film. So remember to speak only for yourself.

  • @Dattebayo04 I agree with what you said.

  • @Dattebayo04 The people that loved those movies were mostly little children who knew nothing about Spider-Man and lacked the intelligence to spot the overload of problems those 3 movies had.

When you become an adult I suggest that you give Spider-Man 1, 2 and 3 a re-watch and should you be normal in the head by that time then you will see for yourself just how bad those 3 movies are.

  • @NewcastleEmperor Who said I was talking about simple critics. Go watch the video where Ebert reviews Spiderman 2, and you'll fall flat on your butt. Elbert is a mid aged man, and a famous professional critic. I liked spiderman 3, but can't vouch for it much, but people loved movies1 and 2. And I have proof. So there. what was wrong with the first two anyway?

  • @Dattebayo04 All three of those movies were badly cast, badly acted, badly written, way too campy, too childish, featured terrible CGI, and were very inaccurate to the comics.

Only simpletons and very small children enjoyed those 3 terrible movies.

  • @NewcastleEmperor Those movies were awesome, I suppose you want this pure serious movie?

  • @Dattebayo04 As for this Ebert guy, he is probably a Sam Raimi fan and therefore let his love for Raimi interfere with his critic job. It's either that or he seriously needs to grow up! A middle aged guy loving such bad and childish movies is a bit wierd. Also Ebert's knowledge of Spider-Man outside of the Raimi movies is likely crap.

  • @NewcastleEmperor Hey these movies were fun. Now it's going to be all different and serious. Like they're trying to pull of a Dark Knight

  • @Dattebayo04 As for critics, nobody with a mature brain ever takes their views seriously anymore. The reason being is because these days pretty much anybody is capable of being classed as professional critic.

A professional critic is a very easy job title to have and websites such as rottentomatoes are considered by most people to be a total joke.

  • @NewcastleEmperor To be honest i have not read your comment nor will I .. but seriously why the fuck would they make a reboot ( not that i am saying that it sucks) but really its hard to see the first 3 three movies and then get a new cast. ANd where the fuck is Mary jane.

  • @JhosefL this is before mary jane

  • @iAmSaintCharlie batman had like 5 movies (3 from tim burton, 1 from adam west and 1 from joel schuster) before begins and dark knight, those 2 turned out pretty good I reckon

  • @iAmSaintCharlie ........because the previous three films sucked.

  • the music at the start kinda sounds like the music from Dead Island

  • this spiderman (remade) sucks, i can tell nd y not go along with

    the old spiderman its awsome:/

  • @zuzubanks33 hes actually trying to keep it as close to the comics as he can

  • uncle ben and aunt may look retarded and they took out Mary jane and now they put a total slut this not spiderman and the director cango fuck him self for making peter go back to high school

  • @zuzubanks33 SPIDERMAN WAS ALWAYS IN HIGHSCHOOL, ALWAYS!!!!!

  • @c00ltouch haha

  • why do people hate on the past 3 spiderman movies? to me it was good. I loved them actually.

  • @luvmocha14 .......because the previous films were horribly written, horribly acted, and inaccurate to the comics.

  • @spidermansidekick1 I agree with you and other people who hated the original films, those films were inaccurate to the comics and bady acted. However what I really don't get is that while Spiderman 3 got negative reviews, the first two original Spiderman films got positive reviews, that definately proves that those critics didn't read the comics themselves don't you agree. I hope this film is an improvement to those films.

  • What type of rice does spiderman eat?

Uncle ben's, get it? get it? oooh.... :/

  • what are those web shooters

  • what... the... fuck?

  • Who needs co-ownership of Facebook when you're fucking Spiderman?!

  • @Csvictory14

Because the previous ones were like the james bond movies. They had no storyline tied between each other, every movie had a different actor and costume and of course the fact that they waited a little longer than BARELY 10 years before deciding to "start over".

  • @geitepung Why should we wait 10 years for a decent spider-man movie?

  • @thompsoncorey

wrong response to the wrong question.

  • lol... 1:48 reminds me of mirrors edge... and btw.. i don't like that it's a remake of a great movie :(

It would be like if theu remade a movie like Avartar.. or Harry Potter... Just wrong..

  • @BoredNinjaPenguin The Amazing Spider-Man is NOT a remake!

The only people that liked those 3 terrible movies were clueless children aged under 12.

  • @BoredNinjaPenguin Differences in The Amazing Spider-Man movie include the following:

    - a new and much better cast

    - Peter/Spidey will thankfully be portrayed correctly this time and Andrew Garfield looks just like Peter

    - the story of Peter's parents will feature

    - MJ will not be involved as instead Gwen Stacy will be Peter's love interest (she was his first true love in the comics)

    - the villain is The Lizard

    - the movie is darker, mature and much more accurate to the comics

  • @NewcastleEmperor

No. This is just another pathetc Hollywood rehash project that's gong to fall on it's face and break it's teeth and 'm going to be laughing so hard when it happens.

  • @BoredNinjaPenguin The Amazing Spider-Man is thankfully arriving this year to repair the Spider-Man franchise and help us forget Spider-Man 1, 2 and 3.

  • @NewcastleEmperor Well i did like it when i was little, the 2 and 3 wasn't all that good..

The 3 was actualy very bad.. mostly because of the way (Peter?) tried to look evil... just overacting.. So i hope this one is actualy good..

  • Umm. Sam Raimi is a terrible director. Don't forget that he wanted to abandon Spider-Man for other projects when they were discussing a 4. He didn't show interest again until after he heard he might be replaced. And he was, praise the Lord.

  • eeste video es una porqueria la cagaron que mierda

    }

  • its a pitty so many peapel dont like it without even watching it -just becaurs they liked the old movies.

    We dont know it yet!

it would be wors it could be better

watch it and find out about it !

and in the end its still spiderman most sympatic and relyabel super hero i know so fare- they realy have to work hard on that to destory evrything

  • @FraeuleinSeptimus Well that's mainly because they are totally abandoning the old Spider Man series with this series, in short this is the death to the original series and I can completely understand why people bash this film. Yes they are going into more detail about his true parents but they could've easily made up a story involving around that in Spider Man 4, in fact they can do whatever the fuck they want with the original series cause it's that great. It's unecessary to make a reboot...

  • @daddisulta Considering how bad Spider-Man 1, 2 and 3 were, it was very necessary that Sony brought us a new Spider-Man movie saga as quickly as possible.

Spider-Man 1, 2 and 3 were terrible movies and were hated by all real Spider-Man fans. Those 3 movies were badly cast, badly acted, badly written, way too campy, too childish, featured terrible CGI, and were very inaccurate to the comics.

The only people that liked those 3 terrible movies were clueless children aged under 12.

  • @NewcastleEmperor pff whatever, to me so far I think this movie wont be any better than the originals at all... and bad acting?!? Do you really think this is any better?!? Atleast Toby Maguire actually looked like a helpless nerd thats what made it so realistic, this guy looks to badass to actually be bullied which comes to the conclusion that this cast sucks even more than the originals..

  • @daddisulta For your information, Andrew Garfield is actually the perfect choice to play Peter Parker/Spider-Man and all real Spider-Man fans are delighted with this casting decision!

Andrew looks just like Peter Parker (especially the way Peter looked in the 70s, 80s and 90s comics and cartoons), he will be portraying Peter/Spidey correctly, he is a big Spidey fan, he is very passionate about playing the character, and he is a very good actor. It's perfect casting!

  • @daddisulta The acting in this movie will definitely be far better than the dreadful performances that we saw in Spider-Man 1, 2 and 3.

Actors like Dennis Leary, Martin Sheen, Sally Field, Rhys Ifans, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are far superior at acting than actors like Tobey MaGuire, Kirsten Dunst, Willem Defoe and Tropher Grace.

The worst of the bunch in SM 1, 2 and 3 were definitely Tobey MaGuire and Kirsten Dunst. Those two simply cannot act.

  • @NewcastleEmperor Okay maybe you're right, I just feel bummed that we have to start all over again... 10 years of total waste I mean.. We're back where we started in 2002 basically. If they decide to reboot the series again after 3 of these Spider Man movies I'll let this series go...

  • @daddisulta We're already two.

  • @NewcastleEmperor And yes the originals werent accurate, the filmakers got some space to put their own twist on it, they make these movies to make the experience different from the comics, otherwise you might as well read your comics in your parents basement.

  • @daddisulta The Amazing Spider-Man movie is thankfully arriving this year to repair the Spider-Man franchise and help us forget Spider-Man 1, 2 and 3.

The Amazing Spider-Man is a different, better, darker, mature and more accurate Spider-Man movie.

  • @NewcastleEmperor and I can't see a movie about a Lizard thing being darker than Venom so everything you said is invalid accept the inaccuracy to the comics...

  • So intense,so communicative, I love Andrew Garfield!

  • 2:10 is a webshooter

  • this is gana be awsome

  • WOW... This comes out the day after my birthday :)

  • that's irrfan khan's voice at 1:36

  • I loom forward to seeing this I love Emma stone, it's too bad the old actors didn't feel like making another spiderman because it's really what they were known for.

  • love the trailer... and I love andrew garfield... he really is hot... nerdy hot...

  • Spideys edge lol

  • we all have secrets the ones we keep and the ones that are kept from us..............

  • @ComicCreations hey no need to say that....

at least those 3 movies came in first, REMEMBER THAT

  • I think that's strange that they already have to update Spider-Man all over. The ones with Toby Maguire ain't that old. I can't see anything wrong with them.

Besides it would have been cool if Spider-Man in a short glimse was seen swinging by in the background in the movie The Incredible Hulk in the scene where Bruce Banner comes to New York to see Mr. Blue that was up to help him.

To me the "eyes" on the new Spider-Man suit don't look right to me.

  • dead island song at the back :p

  • God damn Peter parker has got himself a pair of hipster glasses.

  • i don't wont for spider-man Andrew Garfield:the nerd of facebook,I WONT THE REAL SPIDER-MAN:NEIL PATRICK HARRIS!!!!!!!

  • wow after this movie.... 2nd , 3rd n 3d hahahaha shit!

  • EEW! Spider web zit!! That's nasty, but also probly more true to how it would work out XP

  • EMMA STONE IS IN THIS!?!?! *fapfapfapfapfapfapfapfapfap*

  • As long as it's better than the Rami trilogy I'm all for it.

  • meh, looks just like the the first spiderman movie but with different actors :( there was nuthin wrong with the first one except the lead character sucked! spiderman does not need a darker edge to compete with batman movie its marvel not DC - just my thoughts, i still hope they do a good job with it though

  • Alright guys, lets get this over with. I love Spider-man, regardless of the actor, director, or does it follow the comics. It's the fucking Spider-man, fellas! This guy was and definitely still is my number one super hero! I've been waiting for SO, FUCKING, LONG, for a new Spidey-movie, and tbh, I didn't believe there was going to be a new movie. BUT GODDAMN, THERE IS! So fuck the arguements of who made the movie, and who's a better actor, seriously!

  • 1 min 42

  • i see no sense in this movie..

its ok to reboot a game from 1970

    but spiderman?

    are they really that noncreative?

  • @19apo92

it's not about making a remake. it's a diffrent director making a new adaption. and I personally haven't read the comics, but most people wo have agree that toby was pure shit as spiderman, and that this sticks way more to the story.

  • @superstaaaar1

maybe tobey was not like the one from the comics...but he was much more sympathetic to me from the beginning than the new actor.

  • @19apo92

I guess you have a point. for me it's the other way around. I really didn't like Tobey too much. Meanwhile Garfield, well I first saw him in this movie named Boy A and his perfromance in that movie is the best acting I have ever seen. I've followed him ever sense, and he portrays the characters he plays really well. I think he'll do a good job as spiderman since he's really grown up with the comics and knows the story really well..

  • @superstaaaar1

maybe he is a good actor. and fans of the comics obviously all hated tobey. but there are many ppl like me who are no fans of the comics but watched the movies and relate tobey with spiderman now. i'm however no fan of the movies either. but IMO its too soon for a remake

  • @19apo92 Well it's not really a remake since this one is based on diffrent comicbooks I think. and it goes into more depth on the whole parent thing, and it's a diffrent bad guy and love intrest. yeah who am I trying to kid, tobey was good, the third movie just screwd it all up. I guess if you think of it as a remake I agree with you, but I just think of it as an addition to the spiderman story.

  • looks terrible...

  • @RealSawyer better than the previous movies

  • @spidermansidekick1 I liked the whole series. To me Toby was perfect spiderman. This crap, on the other hand, looks very artificial. Special effects makes me feel it's a game. That's not kind of feeling I want while watching a film.

  • @RealSawyer How was he "perfect?" Tobey Maguire was an awful Spider-man, he had literally none of the personal traits that make up Spider-man as a character. Thats like saying George Clooney made a great Batman. The effects in the previous films were woarse, and what special effects? they're shooting almost all with real actors this time. This film is far superior and more accurate to the comics.

  • @spidermansidekick1 Are you telling me that from 1:47 to 2:17 was shot with no FX included?

Besides, I said 'to me Toby was perfect spiderman'. He's a good actor anyway. You are right claiming that this may be more accurate to the comics, but I didn't really care about it. My point is: why make another spiderman movie starting from the beggining in such a short period of time? It would be much more reasonable to shot next part to the existing series.

  • @RealSawyer yes, those shots were special effects, but this the TRAILER and not the film. If you've seen the NEW TRAILER you would know they're doing most of the Web-slinging and wall-crawling practically with stunt-men.

  • o god why

  • mirrors edge

  • Mirros Edge?

  • fuckin bullshit like the 3 first movies there's nothing !!

    NEGATIVE VOTE, of course !!

  • @tronxo206 the Rami films were god-awful, this is the Spider-man film fans have been waiting for.

  • This isn't Marvel, is it?

  • Ummmm. I would say looks gay (like the last two spider mans) but this re-boot looks awesome!

  • I can't wait, I can't wait lol! I always wanted a different guy to be spider man. YAY!

  • I hope Avengers 2 will feature Spidey & Wolverine as well!

  • @MrTexyo impossible the Spider-man film rights are owned by Sony and the X-men film rights are owned by FOX.

  • Looks kind of like mirrors edge at the end when he is running on the buildings

  • After 10 years, they're gonna do another remake of this.

  • weird how they called this movie "the amazing spiderman" when they are following "the ultimate spiderman" comics...

  • @PerlaB4 The Amazing Spider-Man movie is actually based on a mix of both "The Amazing Spider-Man" comics and "Ultimate Spider-Man" comics.

  • @NewcastleEmperor woops, my bad, i only heard about the "ultimate spiderman" part.

  • no latest trailer?

  • ok so in my opinion

there is no need to go omg the movie is gonna be so bad...

this is actually how the movie was supposed to look like, based on the original comic

I agree with the fact that the old spider man movies were fucking epic

but I also think that this is gonna be cool because its based on the actual plot line of spiderman

just saying :) oh and btw I do think that toby maguire should have been in this movie...:( pretty sad

  • Anyone else noticed he has now web catridges just like on the comic book?

  • Peter Parker = Andy Murray with glasses.

  • Is it just me or does the clip of him running as Spiderman look like it was just stripped right out of Mirror's Edge with a spidey skin over the character from that game

  • 1:38. DAMN look at those arms.

  • omg was IS the trailer's music? original score for the movie or an actual band? because that's an epic build up

  • how does this trailer prove that its a better movie it pisses me off wen people bitch that raimis trilogy werent true to the comics who cares about comics were talking about movies here not fucking comics and i know that in the comics the web shooters were peters invention and it would be more realistic than it coming out of his wrists but it is way more interesting for it to come out of his wrists because being to realistic is too boring

  • 1. Spider-Man never looked like this douchebag... not once...

    2. Sam Raimi did a fantastic job in delivering a movie that can be enjoed by comic geeks aswell as the mainstream movie fan. Not many can pull this off. So there is no point in criticizing his abilities. People who like to cry about this don't understand anything about how tough this business really is...

    3. The only people I would trust to do a better job than Raimi is JJ Abrams and Spielberg

  • @ComicCreations not mark webb?? 500 days of summer was too good. i more than trust him and his talent.

  • @ComicCreations Hey totaly agree! James cameron could do it also very good! but Mark Webb???????????????????????? Who is this guy? he doesn't even reach at Sam Raimi's toes... Sam has a far superior talent and skills to direct movies.

    Also, Tobey was the best Spider-Man ever! + the other cast;

Putting the facebook guy is a joke: Spider-man must be an actor who you can relate to, a simple boy with money and family issues not a top model!

  • @TheErmak67 From looking at your posts it's pretty obvious that your just some Sam Raimi and Tobey MaGuire fanboy who knows absolutely nothing about Spider-Man outside those 3 awful Raimi Spider-Man movies.

  • Hi, I disagree: I like good filmmakers that have a lot of experience and show they can handle a big budget movie. Sam Raimi is that director: wasn't for him and his brother- you couldn't get all the marvelous Jonnah Jameson character, the subjective cam, the spidy-cam, the amazing effects from the 2nd and the 3rd, the humor etc. I like also good actors. Tobey is not a oscar actor but nor is Garfield. But we actually cared for him because Raimi like to torture his characters and he's Spider-man!

  • Comment removed

  • wow it's great, he talks to a girl, a spider bites him and he looks into the mirror WOW! oh...wait...

  • @chameleonsec Exactly, Sony+Columbia are not very wise. Wait, but when a studio priviledged creativity over money? Not continuing with the same cast and same director is very very stupid; It's the same mistake they did with Terminator 4: bad director+ nad producers+bad terminator

  • I still don't get why ANYBODY had to reimagine this stuff. The previous films had heart and soul. To hell with those stupid details like how he shoots his webs! Who gives a fuck? The original webshooters were completely unrealistic and for me hard to watch in the comics.

Sam Raimis version just feels more reasonable.

Then this new actor?? Pathetic choice... looks nearly like a 12yr old who is supposed to save the world... This movie will never take off... They killed the comic...

  • @ComicCreations

ANd you think organic webshooters is better and Spider-Man doesn't have to run out of webbing?

  • @Johnlindsey289

Sure, cause it's more believable. Scientists have been researching a way to reproduce a simple spiderweb for YEARS. They know how it works, but reproducing it synthetically is not that easy. Now we have this Spider-geek who can develop this stuff over night? Just like in the OLD comics? No fucking way...

The idea works as a comedy but not in an action movie...

  • @ComicCreations

REAL Spider-Man fans hated the last movies and Spider-Man needs a weakness as he needs to run out of webbing sometimes as he has his strength. I guess your not a REAL Spider-Man fan.

  • @Johnlindsey289 LOL, that's your statement? That's the same nonsense as if I would tell you that only people who believe in Jesus get to heaven...

There is no such thing as a real Spider-Man fan. Eather you like it or you don't...

You have to see the bigger picture here... What might work good in the comic universe does NOT have to work on the big screen... You have to be very very carefull with what you do in this genre, or else we get another Clooney Batman!!
