@DOPERRON1 ... Not exactly the same band with different name. A feud between members/producers split the band. Timex Social Club (led by Michael Marshall) continued under that name with remaining members with their follow-up singles while Jay in turn created a new band in '86 (the year Rumors was released) as a way to mock the Timex Social Club (Club Nouveau means *new* club) - hence Jealously was wriiten in response ..thus the numrous references to 'rumors' and broken 'social' friends
