I've tried breaking a cathode ray tube (TV). A plastic godzilla toy being tossed at it can't do it.

@luno44 did you ever have that Godzilla toy? I did and it was really heavy and made from a hard plastic. It could have broken it. Then again it couldn't have. Just depends on the angle of the throw.

@aeonv14 I've tried dropping TV's face down to the bare metal floor of a dumpster, and whacking it with a hammer. I must have really bad angles or that godzilla is one serious mother f-er.

@keleic Yes it is, because Dan didn't actually live. She created this fight to push Dan out of her mind, because it was hard to cope with his death.

@SouthwesternEagle Well in the series finale, David actually ended up with Becky and Darlene with Mark, so the storyline was fictional somewhere before; Plus the episode where Nancy came out as gay was (I assume) Jackie telling Roseanne she was gay since, also in the finale, Roseanne tells us that Jackie was gay.

@SouthwesternEagle This fictional storyline ruined the show because of the family's winning the lottery and the ridiculous storylines in season 9. Besides that, the show was very well done.

@LKSPR13 I agree, but I think it was kinda nice to have a departure from the same old white trash theme they were delivering in the first 8 seasons. While still great (and hilarious) storylines, Season 9 was a fun departure from the same old stuff. That's just my outlook.

@SouthwesternEagle I never felt like it was complete white-trashy, but just an over-zealous look at the lower end of the social-economic strata with some edgy humour. The last season was just ridiculous and far-fetched, only for the series finale to kill the entire show for me, and any possibility of any reunion--See what I'm saying?
