I'm a vegan and I don't take any supplements. I know a man who has been a vegan for 30 years and he never take B12 and he does fine. He's 50 and have the body and the stamina of an 18 year old athlete. I think this B12 bullshit came from the meat and dairy industry to scare vegans and potential vegans. Remember, these are the same people who told vegans in the early days of the movement that plants don't have enough protein to support the human body. We now know that's a lie! Think!
Make exeptions, take some supplement that you have researched to up your b12 levels to rebuild what you lost, kids after off the brest milk will need to get b12 as well as long as the brest feeder should be on b12 a high does if perfered. you need to find if your local ant, you can eat them. david wolfe eats ants for b12, he blends them up. humans were ment to eat bugs every so often. you need to rebuild the b12 you have lost over the time.

the problem with B12 is that your stomach cant filter the B12 out of food. Therefor in most cases u need a needle in the ass. Instead of pills.
