  • Thats a scary story about your heart. Keep striving for a healthier you hun and the chances of something like that happing agian will go down alot. I have the fear of getting to goal and gaining with pregnancy. But My mentality is changing. I don't plan on gaining anything BUT baby weight :o) We will be happy healthy moms some day :o)

  • Wow a scary story. Especially when they don't know what it is.

  • Those are definitely concerns to stay conscious of, but you sound like your certainly aware of where you need to be and what its going to take to get to your weight. I think when you decide to have a baby you will want to continue to stay healthy for the sake of the baby. Gaining weight is inevitable with a pregnancy but if you continue on the right path, it won't be excessive weight :0) kudos for sharing such deep "confessions" xoxo

  • Yeah I think with watching what I am eating etc now to get down to goal will help me when we are ready to have a baby since I will be more aware of what I am eating and not like eating everything in sight. lol :) Thanks for watching :)

  • Wow - that is really scary. I totally understand the fear you have about getting pregnant and just gaining it all back right away. I share the same fear...

It's okay sweetie....we'll figure it out....and be healthy moms...

  • Thanks chickie! It's nice to know there are others out there that have the same goals/fears as me. I know the hubby understands to a point but he really doesn't understand. :)

  • Yeah - I totally get that. It can be frustrating when someone you are really close to just doesn't understand...but that's what we're here for. Let me know if you ever want to talk! :D

  • My heart goes out to you. I know how you must feel. It can be very scary when we don't have answers. I had to teach myself much of what I now know about diabetes since being diagnosed. I am proud of you for trying to take control of the situation. It sounds like you also have anxiety about the situation as well, what do you do on a daily basis to relax? I found that painting really helps **hugs**

  • ~hugs. Thanks so much. I do have anxiety about it, sometimes its worse than other times. Its mostly at night when I need to sleep because I have no distractions and it sucks. I loathe going to sleep because I can't fall asleep right away and then get no sleep. I think thats why most of the time I am always tired and crappy feeling. I craft a lot and read alot. I think reading is what helps me the most since crafting sometimes stresses me out. :)

  • *HUGS*

  • Thanks Christina! ~hugs
