I don't understand the hater, either. Before I got into shape, if I saw a guy whose physique I admired, I'd ask him how he got that way, and they'd usually be all too willing to steer me in the right direction.

These guys are usually very nice, smarter than people hope they are and are just trying to live their lives one day at a time.
