But in all seriousness, this was an incredible day, week, and program. Like Megan, I can't believe it's been two years. Congratulations to all the 2011 delegates; I am sure you had the time of your life as we all did two years ago.

There is already a 20% on the top bracket, but it's funneled through assets so it can't be taxed.

Even if we collected a full 20% that wouldn't be enough money to pay for the social entitlement programs and pensions we all have created.

The Rich has resources to skip the country with their money, the poor don't.
