Guys, If you want to use the speech recognition, just set the Locale to USA and then disconnect from Xbox Live, it worked for me :) "xbox play ac brotherhoord" BAM!

Kinect only supports speech recognition woth some languages and in some regions. Go to the Kinect Tuner and run the audiosetup, so kinect will tell you if its possible with yoir console/your language.
