  • @omrimeller Absolutely - these workouts are designed to make you faster, stronger, more powerful and much more stamina! I was a competitive 10,000m runner and this is where I learned to workout like these :)

  • @shfuma It is interesting you ask that. They can be harmful only if care doesn't go into doing them. It is always better to perform any kind of jump on a softer surface (such as grass, sponge gym material, or a thick yoga mat), but it is more important to challenge yourself when it comes to the second workout. If you begin to have pain in your knees while performing, SLOW DOWN. Focus on the form and your workout will be just as good, and reduce risk of injury. Thank you so much for the question

  • @studlypete10 I would recommend stretching out your calves, triceps, and chest. The whole workout focuses mostly on your core so stretching there helps, but the most important thing is to not have to big a meal before the workout. This way you won't feel sick. If you want specific stretches let me know and I can post it on fb or twitter :)

  • @jwdesign336 well according to her this burns 2500 calories in an hour, so ud have to workout for 200 hours in other words over 8 days straight

  • I modified the workout a bit because I can't find my interval timer to do like 10-15 reps per circuit instead of time. I had to modify the exercises too because I have horrible flat feet and can't really jump until I have surgery.

  • @Emelz the best kind of work outs to do in your situation is to continue with your jogging until you feel the work out starting to kick in, but no longer than you feel is right. Then, after you have your blood really pumping the best thing to do is to take part in some yoga videos. All you need is a good mat, and a few videos and you can start building muscles until it is warm outside again. STAY WARM. Happy Thanksgiving.

  • I am a uni student, and I would love to know some exercises I could do, just in my room (There isnt anywhere really to go outside, and also its pretty cold atm! all I can do is jog)

    I cant afford the gym & I'm on top floor so can't really jump around without being an annoyance to people below.

    Any tips you can give me?!

  • Warm up...at least 10 mins.....you will pull something doing those Lunges

    (split squat jumps as Amanda calls them) if your unfit do not do this ...start with a 2 week conditioning program, get your body ready to do a training program most are about 3 months then your ready to do sport or go up a level :) This is Sound Advice Trust me ;)

  • @MademoiselleUthila in the lunge you have to make sure your knee doesnt go over your toe! that will cause injury! she needs to state that in these videos.. luckily i knew..

  • @MademoiselleUthilda Absolutely, do the lunges without the jump - or just substitute in the barrier jumps if you want that cardio breathless-ness

  • @shyspanisheyes In between exercises 10 seconds is the goal. In between total cycles, give yourseld 1-3 minutes, it depends on when you feel your heart rate has come down enough to go again - hope that helps! Let me know how it goes!

  • I love that you use normal, not super-athletic-elitist people in your workouts. it makes the session seem so much more do-able and not intimidating... I love your videos. They're the only health-related ones I can watch and not feel like it'd be impossible for me :)

  • @spyteandmalice Absolutely! I believe the same workouts can be done whether you're an elite athlete or an 80 year old woman, they just differ in the exertion level you put into it.
