  • yeah, that one seduced the audience alright, figuratively and literally. lol. great live performance. like it more than the studio version.

  • huh. its better live. awesome!

  • ear porn

  • Oooohhhh the dirty, dirty things I would do with Liz...if only she would ask me to, lol

  • I'm surprised at how rare this is - but honestly, even though this song probably isn't to be taken literally, this is how I feel, as a woman. Sometimes you just feel pure lust for somebody and I think this song is pretty great for summing that up. Also, I prefer the Girlysounds version, I guess just because that's the one I heard first.

  • Amen to you binnyman, amen!

  • @BeezleBoy

Or she's singing about a boy who has the maturity of a 14 year old (year old.) Just saying.

  • @snesjenn I'm 14 and I'm super immature and I don't act like that O.O Well, I'm crazy, but I standards. I'm always gonan be crazy that's just who I am.

  • @snesjenn Not even close

  • This is better then the recording.

  • Jesus this song is so hot. So gritty, demanding, and sexy.

  • Genuine Womanly Lust is such a wonderful thing to contemplate.

  • I cant dont' know how I still remember every word of this song..I used to practice this song all the time..hahha when my parents weren't around of course

  • This is KILLER! Unbelievable, and fantastic! GENIUS

  • she looks fukin hot

  • Love how this version is so much more emotional than the album version. She's not as stoic as on the album and its so much more real, all these years later.

  • Why can't a female express herself? And it's not like a gangsta rapper degrading women; In fact, it's a retort to such attacks. I believe her songs are a rather intelligent comment on social mores and parameters. I like this live version even better than the unrelased studio cut. Peace:-)

  • So well said! thumbs up!

  • Totally agree.

  • yes well...the fact that you and others are disciplining female singers as to what is appropriate and what is "unlady like" for female singers to say/sing suggests that "women's lib" is much needed....

  • i love this.. it's so dark. XD brilliant

  • I believe, "It's everything I ever wanted".

    Call me a minion.

Lyrics are key here, you must learn.

    Bonus verse. Fave.

    Classic.

  • Oh, Liz...I'll give you my fresh young Jimmy any day.

  • i like the rhythm...

    hahah the lyrics are okay.

  • why do I wanna fuck liz phair up against a wall so much? mm mmm!!

  • oehieze (why do I wanna fuck liz phair up against a wall so much? mm mmm!! "

cause she's got a nice tushy and moves around likea cat.

I wouldn't fuck for a year after doing her, as penitence I guess.

  • she really does make you want to fuck her.

  • This song is such a turn on and a great a song to dance and sing to

  • i only like this song because it refers to a penis as a "jimmy".

  • I always thought she was saying "jelly" whenever I heard this song. Oh well.

  • I love her swaying and swerving...WOW

  • is it minions or girlfriend in the correct lyrics?

    cuz i've heard both...

  • it depends if it's her "girlysound" version or not.

i think it is minions on the original.

  • oh. cool. thanx.

  • It's "girlfriend" on the Girlysounds tape, but "minions" on the album rendition, Exile in Guyville

  • its both, depending on the lyric, it changes in the song

  • i like girlfriends version

but i like the way mininos sounds in the song

  • without fail, watching her perform this song gets my cock hard

  • pansy division did a cover of this song and it seems like she covered their cover of her own song. genius.

  • Liked the original version allready. But now she made a real song of it. Like it a lot

  • Din't know this live version. Like it a lot

  • Dig this live version

  • I've been a Liz fan since the first album and the fact is her last two albums are her best. Her first was groundbreaking but unpolished. Every track on Liz Phair and Somebody's Miracle is great. If you want to hear indie crap go somewhere else. Remember, "it's nice to be liked but it's better by far to get paid."

  • She didn't "sell out". She grew up. You can't expect her to be the exact same that she was when she was 22. She's almost 40 now. Her lyrics are more brutally honest now than they ever were. I know she had help writing them, but it was only in the editing because they couldn't be played on the radio.

  • the first three albums were amazing - especially whitechocolatespaceegg, so eclectic, shows so much talent, fucking amazing ...

    so yeah youre wrong lol.

but after that she def sold out.

  • Hey, check out my video of my friend playing the piano song by Liz Phair's, ' Why Can't I '. :)

  • "I want to fuck you like a dog, and take you home and make you like it"

My God, I thought she was hot even before hearing this...

  • She sold-out after Whip Smart...

The first album was great, the

second album good, the third sucked &

then she was rubbing herself on cars

    she was trying to sell...

    to songs she'd written

    for the purpose.

    (Sad, sad, sad.)

  • ahahhaa!! awsome performance!!! i heart liz phair amazing song well done <3

  • I love herrrrrrrrrrrrr.

    :]

This song makes me happy inside.

    haha.

  • I like the lyrics she sings in "Flower".

  • I love this song. It was in the L word during season 1...

  • Good footage of Liz performing Flower (a.k.a Blowjob Queen). One of her signature songs. Blow and Run indeed.

  • awesome performance of that song...love it.

  • One of Liz Phair's best song! What event was this?
