  • k get this what if you boil green tea in milk and ice creamify the green tea milk? matcha is expensive :S

  • how much water are you using ?

  • dangerously frozen :)

  • Looks awesome! I will try this, thanks!

  • Gosh!! that look so delicious!!!

  • Can't wait to try this! I don't have an ice-cream maker though... which one did you use or recommend?

  • He is using a Krups brand (which tends to be very expensive but very good in quality).

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)

  • where do you get the matcha powder?? Is it sold at a specific food market?? are there different types of matcha powder??

  • This product is available in Japan and EU, but US. You can find the similar products in Asian super market. The point of choosing it is its ingredients. Make sure the ingredients consist of only Matcha and Sugar (small amount of skim milk is acceptable). If you would like to try the quality of this product, I can introduce the European distributor who can speak English.

  • i just made green tea ice cream but i couldn't get the powder so i read that moch is a green tea leafs and since you ahve to mix it with water i just took 5 tea bags and made reaaaly cosentrated tea!!!ice cream ic delisios practically no diference.

  • do you speak french cause I saw that you had french products ( sugar, milk and cream elle et vire) xD i think it will be better if you speak french for french like mr even if i understand the english

  • I cannot speak French with using my hands...

  • Is it possible to use the packet version of matcha?Because i saw some packet green tea , like powder at Daiso . so i'm not sure i can use that .

  • I do not recommend to use low quality matcha especially for ice cream.

  • it looks soooo good, but I am alergic to eggs, is there any way to avoid the yolks?

    thanks ;)

  • Use 100g of half-whipped cream without heat, instead of yolks when you make the first mixture (custard). It should work.

  • that looks delicious! yum.
