i agree. ive seen (in person) 1/4 mile runs of 145mph from 800 whp front wheel drive eclipse. Maybe its just too much weight and lost traction from the viper

Yeah, something went wrong, it was the timing set up used for the race..a radar gun.

@M4arc the driver needed a *LOT* more seat time, that's obvious. The poster mentioned that it's the car's first passes, normally a drag strip is utilized for testing before an event like this.

@M4arc He missed two gears, and had the car way out of shape, it was a fair observation. I wasn't disrespecting, don't get your panties in a bunch. The driver put the video out there, he's going to get comments other than "wow dood, cool car!!!11"
