I never tried anything like this in China but I did fry Jellyfish. Basically is was like a chicken ball but with jellyfish meat in the middle. It was pretty tasty but nothing amazing.

I hate it when the media try to make it seem like Chinese people eat dogs as much as KFC or McDonald'sbut it's not even close. It has come to the point where I try to explain to non-asians about eating dogs and they won't even believe my own culture. No one in my family eats dogs and even though there's not law against eating dogs, it's a choice. The same as other animal slaughtering such as seal hunting.

I never tried anything like this in China but I did fry Jellyfish. Basically is was like a chicken ball but with jellyfish meat in the middle. It was pretty tasty but nothing amazing.
