As with any sport, hydration is absolutely crucial. You must hydrate well before you begin your workout, not during, as by the time you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated. However, drinking water during a workout, game of hockey/football, etc., is also needed as you lose water fast. Take small sips throughout the workout, and do not 'chug the entire bottle' as that can upset your stomach and cause undesired, gassy/bloating effects.

Lighter weights will allow you to lift more reps which in turn will increase the blood flow to those areas of the body which is what you want. More quicker muscle growth, search google for 'compound exercises' to start (ie. pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, push-ups, etc). They might not be as 'cool' as other exercises, but you will see results much, much quicker.
I just wann add that people should BAKE there food and NOT fry them. Throw away the cholesterol yellow part of the egg and only eat the protein clear part of the egg. Buy organic milk. Lastly, take protien shake through out the day with lots of watwr and no other unnatural sunstances. Lift up heavier weights for bigger muscles.

Actually despite what many people think, milk and eggs are pretty unhealthy for the most part. Although people think that milk is healthy and good for the bones, it actually doesn't help a bit because the human body doesn't have the appropriate amount of enzymes to dissolve the substances like the sugar from it. Good complex carbs: Oatmeal (plain), bananas, and blueberries.
Unsaturated fats (very important): Natty peanut butter, fish (also an excellent protein source), olive oil

thanks for the tips man. i hope to get a decent built body by the end of the summer using these tips. the only problem i have is im lacking in the gym equipment so im gonna have to do alot more pushups situps pullups etc. maybe i can redneck some weights (possibly use some cinderblocks or something) any other tips for a guy like myself who doesnt have access to a gym?

Fish, nuts, fruit veges and complex carbs like taro and kumra.
Plus MEAT MEAT and more Meat plus dont forget the water :D
I dont understand how people cant drink when they work out.

How about juice instead of water? 80% - 100% juice instead of water drinking ~ 2 l per day is okay? Cause I can't drink so much water, and juice is easy to drink. Is juice okay for ab muscles?

@monkeyfrogs106 Okay well I'll tell you now. working out 3 times a day........1st day= arms and chest, 2nd day= shoulders and legs...3rd day= abs and cardio. That's basically my schedule. only 3 days a week do I hit the gym.
