  • it's not clever - it's a load of shit. THAT is why it's funny - he didn't give a fuck what people thought, in fact he liked all the hate, thats what made him so appealing.

  • it's a really clever satire of the drunk-driving dogma

  • I love the way the chirpy music starts up again just as he's being told the bad news :)

  • "the things I like are few and far between" ..why does that make me laugh so much XD?

  • Well I Am A Simple Bloke, The Things I Like, Are Few And Far Between, You See I Love My Wife And I Love My Kids And On The Truck I'm Equally As Keen.

  • me too like this. Not overrated. Its funny, in one sense or another.

  • I'm pleasantly surprised. He honestly is amazing.

  • This is definitely the funniest thing I've ever seen or heard.

  • FUNNIEST THING I'VE SEEN IN AGES!! THANKS!

  • I honestly think this might be the funniest thing I've ever seen or heard.

  • @Herzog1012 This is honestly the funniest thing you've EVER seen or heard? It's not exactly Ted at his best, which is in front of an audience. And even when he was at his best he wasn't the funniest guy in the world, he deliberately tried not to be. It's a bit sad watching everyone worship this average bit of material just because he's a niche market.

  • @jonmarklong Don't let it bother you mate.

I'm prone to a little hyperbole now and then but I'll console myself with the fact that I at least don't try to make other people's sense of humour my business.

  • @jonmarklong yeah i don't agree with them but i can see it being a bit more likely than you make out. taken in isolation it obviously isn't, but if you appreciate certain facts about ted chippington and ARE familiar with his act, it's hard to think of anything MUCH funnier than this. it's just really neat, perfectly funny portrait of the man. don't be sad.

  • This is a nice rework of The Streets 'Fit But You Know It'

  • "they said theres a cup of tea going spare, Ted, i said it don,t look too angry to me, mate!" lol. he,s a comic gem !!

  • this is brilliant, i heard him on john peel in the eighties, i,d forgotten how good he is, thankyou for !!

  • Wow- this guy's outside. No wonder Stephen Wright thought he was the funniest man alive.

  • This is far too good.

  • has he got any gigs coming up?

  • hil-arious

  • it's not my day, fresh out of luck..

  • God.

  • Well, at least I've still got the truck.

  • excellent

  • love it

  • Top entertainment!

  • Brilliant... thanks for posting this, it's made my day! Looking forward to his benefit gig "Tedstock" next Feb...
