Yes, we are allowed to carry blank guns with defensive ammunition (pepper or CS cartridges). It's comparable with a very loud pepper spray. ;)

We are not allowed to carry around air rifles, air pistols. Real guns only with a special weaopn license which is impossible to get if you are not under a direct life threat.

If you want to kill pigeons with a headshot then this pistol is too incaccurate for this job. I would buy a high powered air pistol HW45 or better an air rifle since you are from the UK you can get good cheap second hand air rifles with 16 Joules.

Maybe a small bird but I wouldn't do it with this. And there aren't any "pests" that small that you can kill them in a proper way anyway. Buy an air rifle if you need it for pest control.

Das Waffengesetz schreibt vor, dass der Lauf untrennbar vom Griffstück sein muss, und dies ist der Fall bei der MP-654k. Z.B. darf die МР-656К in Deutschland nicht verkauft werden, da dort der Lauf abnehmbar ist und so sehr leicht ein scharfer Lauf verbaut werden kann.

Die russischen Schreckschusswaffen bekommt man deswegen nicht im Laden, da sie nicht PTB geprüft sind. Wenn die Russen wollten, könnten sie die Waffen PTB-konform bauen und auch hier vertreiben.

Die Qualität übertrifft die jeder Schreckschuss, da das Ding komplett aus Stahl ist...
