Lets see the cleveland was made in the USA and the Windsor was made in England?
How about canted valves/much bigger valves/different stroke/bore/block...bla bla bla.
The Windsor is just another SB Chevy copy to me.....straight line valves...small ports etc.
Id love a turbo on my cleveland.....I had a 71 Torino GT 4V with a shaker when I was in high school....took me 4 years to build it and then hit a herd of dear. Oh well.
Windsor was made in Cleveland, OH and Windsor, Ontario. Not in England.
The australian 302 cleveland and the 302 windsor have the same bore and stroke. The 351 cleveland and 351 windsor have the same bore and stroke as well. All of them had the same bore spacing, bell housing bolt pattern, motor mount placement and head bolt pattern.
Windsor heads are inline like SB chevys. BB chevys also had canted valves, as well as 385 series (429 and 460) fords.
Yep, I'm an idiot. Tell me again how many factory 69 Mustangs came with 351's and turbos again, I forgot. I've always felt classic American muscle cars were defined by their turbo's. That Hemi turbo was killer. Richard Petty and his turbo Superbird ruled the earth in 70. And those rare Ford Cammer turbos, man those were bad ass. It all started when Ford released their first V8 in 32, the flathead-turbo.
Besides, I'm bagging the vid, not the car. Let's see some tire smoke or somthin!
