Dupa acest filmulet, nu pot spune ca imi este rusine ca sunt roman. Ba chiar sunt oarecum mandru ca traiesc intr-o astfel de tara ... avem nevoie de mai multi oameni ca tine, shantiliu, care sa arate splendoarea Romaniei si mai ales a Eforiei Nord. Tocmai ieri am sosit de la mare, am fost in Eforie Nord, este un loc superb pentru plaja si iti multumesc pentru faptul ca mi-ai adus aminte de acel loc in care m-am simtit foarte bine. Inca o data, multumiri calduroase lui shantiliu, un om de laudat.
I adore the beach....the sounds, the waves...the birds...most of all the waves and the beautiful sound they make. Sooooo lovely, just like YOU. No wonder you had a marvelous time. Lovely 5* for you on this extraordinary vid!
Well actually I never see much of anything on TV about your country. I have never seen a bad ad about you. I was surprised that you had such a presence on YouTube. I was surprised that you even had high speed computer connections and that many of you watch our TV programs and Hollywood movies. Frankly, about all I knew about you was from old Dracula movies. Now I find out just how ignorant I am. The crowning glory was when I spoke to a Romanian named Robert. That is so American. lol
It's the "image" we show the rest of the world :) After whatching only a few minutes of romanian tv is easy to understand why they see us that way ! They will know only what we show them ! I love your work shantiliu ! 5* :)
Cyber, you are right on that point. It is just an image I had in my mind that was totally unreasonable and I think I always knew that really. Often though, counties or seas get named for some overriding characteristic. For example they often call Ireland the Emerald Isle because it is said to be so green. I often wonder how the word Black got associated with your sea. Then there is Iceland and Greenland too.
Gee Shanti, I always thought the Black Sea was quite black and ominous and about all you had were row boats. Now, I see a typical tourist area with the usual things for sale and jet ski boats. I also see a modern water craft with a huge outboard motor on it. Where did I ever get the idea your country was backwards? lol
probably because of the bad ads made by the media, where Romania is treated as a country full of Gypsies and returned, poor... truth is quite another and here, me & other romanians try to show the world the true beauties of our country. I'm not surprised you did not know the truth about Romania as long as other American friends of mine asked me if we have cinema, computers and subways! LOL

Pe plaja asta am fost eu , cea mai frumoasa plaja de pe litoralul romanesc . Foarte frumos filmul .
