A country's economy is part of the country so both matter. Democracy does work if it weren't so over saturated. It's good to have multiple voices to make sure everyone is represented, but having too many makes a country lose momentum

I hate democracy, cause I'm a straight guy, not a gay. Democracy is good for lesbian couples, for gays, murderers, thieves etc. Democracy comes from DEMOS (folk, the masses) -ocracy (rule). But everyone knows how easy to manipulate the masses. Media does it succesfuly. How the fallen people can rule? They just are making a hell, that's democracy.
i have many of the same views and opinons but i do not run somthing the same way the money system and vote a leader does not come into the way i run anything

i can agree with democrocy being hell democrocy just makes captilism easyer and equal rights and no class harder
it is somthing which helps captilism by making every body think they have a free right
e.g. we have the vote we have the right to make a party
but the peaple collecting thouse votes can manliuate them
and it takes 1000's to make a party so only captilist can make party
which then is used to help themself to more money
