you think you're from the working class????? how dare you??? so you think blur is from the upper class???
do you actually know something about oasis and blur??? they start from the same point!!! both of them were from the "working class"....and what he fuck you mean with "only sell out tickets for their comeback gigs"??? i don't think oasis sell tickets for he Liam's amazing voice!!!! isn't??
Well you are both right & wrong kmylo4: Oasis & Blur don't have the same class background, but not nearly as different as Noel wants to make it (can Liam even spell class?). Damon did go to "public school" but it wasn't a wealthy one. He & his parents were middle class. As for talent, Damon has been consistently busy creating since the early 90's. Oasis has turned out the same stuff & has not progressed an inch since the 1st album. Oasis has not been constantly touring anything but their local.
@fondoogle Looks like this poor prick has been fooled into thinking that listening to Oasis makes you working class, something that is impossible to be while listening to Blur. What a misguided idiot.
I was there on Sunday night and it was great. I thought Damon had had a breakdown when he was kneeling on the floor during the End.
Now I want to see them away from overcrowded Michael Greedvis's farm so you can get within sight of the stage without getting crushed. (and why oh why did they clash them with the Prodigy?)
i was just thinking how irritating it was that all i could hear was the crowd singin along, but then I remembered at gigs, that's exactly what i do. Whoops. I have learned my lesson...probably won't stop though :)
I envy in the good way all these people for being there! I cant believe they´re back.
saw them live in 1999 in the thirteen tour here in buenos aires, ARG!, and it was bloody great. wishing and crossing my fingers to see ´em again soon in south america in this tour!
It probably gives them great satisfaction to know that 100k+ people went to sing every single word to all their songs, showing it was worth them all getting back together again. tosser.
by the way, i was there on Sunday night and Damon actually broke down during 'to the end' due to the amamzing reaction the crowd gave them, they put their heart and soul into this night and we loved them x
Because. when you stand there, at the barrier and see blur perform you can't do anything but to sing/shout along. You should have seen Damonds and co's faces when we cheered and sang with them. Damon was in tears. It was one of the best gigs i've been to. ACE
You were so close to the front! I'm actually so jelous atm!!!! I am going to see Blur before I die, I missed them the first time round I'm not missing them this time!
so close but yet such a shit camera ... hmmmmm

What about the atmosphere. If you just want to here the band without little 'annoyances' like people singing along buy the album.
