haha we use to cook our hangi in the ground every christmas but now, we have converted to the ole keg too haha You don't have to look for wood, get up early hours in the morning and it taste just da same wooot

I've also never seen guys dressed so well digging up a Hangi.

We make the Honkey hangi, in a keg ( empty..of course) it takes 3 hours & taste yumo!! just like the real thing. And our Pommy mates loved it :)
